Thomas and Christian of Gutterman Services just left our house -- outstanding!! Both are conscientious, friendly, and highly professional in their efforts. The gutters were cleaned, downspouts flushed out, even though we have strainers in the downspouts to prevent clogging, and the surrounding grounds were left in pristine condition. Enjoyed meeting both gentleman and because I was able to be present when the work was being done I was able to show them the location of all of our pop up drains. In addition to the fine work, scheduling the appointment was easy. With all kinds of surrounding trees from the woods behind our home, we must schedule the gutter cleaning at an optimal time or the gutters get filled with leaves and other crud in short order. We were probably a bit lucky, but Gutterman Services was prompt in coming out to the house -- only a two week wait, which fit our schedule perfectly. There is always some anxiety in finding a new home service of any kind -- home repair, plumber, etc, but Gutterman Services has done a wonderful job for our two gutter cleanings this year and will likely be with us for the future. Hopefully, we'll have the same crew return -- all around friendly and nice people to work with!

We called them and scheduled a visit for a free roof inspection after getting a flyer in the mail. I spoke directly to both the main office and the individual contractor responsible for doing the inspection (I assume he was subcontracted) and they scheduled a 5pm visit the following day. After not showing up at the promised time nor calling me to alert me to their tardiness, I called the contractor again for an update on when to expect him and never received a call back. As a result I simply called another local roofing contractor and gave them our business. Obviously I would not recommend Gutterman to anyone for anything based on my experience and their lack of basic professionalism and courtesy. Based on other reviews, It looks like they may actually do good work when they follow through, but I will never find out.

Makes promises they have no intent on delivering upon. Office staff blames one another for lack of communication and coordination. They will bill you for work before they even confirm the work has been completed.Least professional ownership I have ever encountered. Terrible customer service.

We went with Gutterman Services because our HOA recommended them. We weren’t disappointed. We contacted them to have our roof inspected. Jorge Rodriguez-Sawao came out to inspect our roof and provided photos and feedback about the condition of our roof. He did a great job of discussing our options. We decided to replace our shingles and decking because of the damage Jorge found. Jorge provided us with sample shingles for three colors we liked so we could see what they looked like in front of our house. The samples really helped us make our decision. We made our selection and then we worked with Jorge and Jessica Corbin to schedule the roof work. We had a series of storms that delayed the work. Jessica worked with us closely to find a day that would be clear. In preparation for the work, Jessica sent us detailed notes of what to expect and who we would be working with for every step of the process. The storms provided a short window for us to have the roof replaced. Jessica and Jorge pulled together a large crew of 6 men and 2 foremen to carry out the job. The workmen arrived promptly at 7 am to get the job started. The workmen answered our questions as the job progressed and were extremely friendly. The roof was completed quickly and finalized by 3 pm that afternoon. The team did a great job of cleaning up the shingles and materials in our yard and our neighbors’ yards. We have since had a series of storms but house has remained dry. We highly recommend Gutterman Services and Jorge. We are looking into having them work on additional projects for our home.

This company was very professional and appears to have done a fine job. The salesman I dealt with was Jorge Rodriguez-Sawao. He is very impressive. He is very knowledgeable, responsive, courteous, smart, and explains things clearly and thoroughly. He gave me pictures of the condition of my roof and explained what was needed. He used to be in operations so he really understands how the work is done. The sales experience was informative, not pushy. The office support was excellent. They knew my job, called when they said they would call, responded to my calls promptly, and generally followed through on their promises. They took extra steps to make sure that the supplies were delivered in such a way as not to block the street in my cramped townhouse community, which I really appreciated. The pricing was about what I expected. It is not cheap to get a new roof but you also don't want it to be done on the cheap. They did a great job, so far as I can tell. My roof (a four-story townhouse) posed extra challenges because of its height. The guys worked 13 hours the first day and did not quite finish before it got dark. They came back over the weekend and finished. I was very impressed that they were committed to getting it done. Jorge kept me informed all weekend and made sure the crew crew cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend Gutterman and Jorge in particular. I will use them again for future projects.

There were some hiccups with scheduling and communication but the job was finished correctly and professionally.

Called them to do a temporary roof repair during heavy rain (water leaking into master bedroom). Was there in 2 hours. Tech fixed the leak and advised me roof was in bad shape (which I already knew, 28 years old!) I asked him for a quote and was very surprised at the reasonable cost compared to another quote I had already gotten. Tech was a great guy and even gave me his cell# if I needed him for anything because he lived just a couple miles from me. Estimator came out gave me great advice about the shingle selection and making sure to contact my HOA since I upgraded to the architectural shingles which were a bit different than the surrounding townhomes. Communication was great during waiting period. Came on a Saturday morning about 7 am and were gone by 2pm. Cleaned up so well you would never know that they were there. Very impressed with this company and will use some of their other services in the future.

They showed up early ontime to handle roofing issues. They came back the next day to handle to handle the soffit and gutter.

Gutterman was contacted to identify a leak on an exterior wall of my townhouse. I believed the issue was related to my siding, roof, or gutters, but I wasn't sure which. Since Gutterman does all 3, I contacted them. They came out, cleaned out my gutters (even though their person did not believe that had anything to do with the leak as my townhouse is not close to any trees and is well above the closest ones so leafs do not get in the gutters), took some pictures of the leak on the inside, and said they would call us after their engineer reviewed the pictures. The only follow up I ever received was for a $175 invoice for gutter cleaning I didn't need. Before they came out I was told there would be a $175 charge for coming out, so I was expecting to be charged regardless. However, my frustration was that they were asked to come out to locate a leak, and their own employee thought cleaning the gutters would not resolve the issue. We were told they would follow back up with us once the engineer reviewed the pictures, but we never heard anything. When they emailed me the bill for the "emergency gutter cleaning", I responded saying that I was still waiting for someone to follow up on the leak in my wall, but I never received a response. I'm sure whatever the cause of the leak was would have resulted in more business for Gutterman, but after their total lack of professionalism and responsiveness, I'm never using them again.

They did a great job, very professional. They make they own gutters on the spot, which is cool to see. The team was courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and all our questions answered. They are a bit on the $$ side and not as easy to reach and schedule, but it was well worth it. Let the rain come!

Good company and they do a good job. The only real problem is you need to really sign a multi-year contract to get on their schedule or get any type of discounts.

The costs and work were very good, but setting up times and getting a response was hard at times.

The roof and shutters look great! Customer satisfaction seemed to be a priority for everyone involved in the projects.

!Estimate given on july 7th. I called on a number of occasions to confirm that they would be able to replace my gutter by the end of the month as I was leaving on a long trip shortly thereafter. They did come on July 29th and replaced the entire gutter. They worked very efficiently and after a couple of rainstorms, it appears that the new gutter (which is a K-Guard) is working very well. I am hoping, as per their assurances, that I won't need to having someone come over and replace my gutters every year

Fabulous. I looked high and low for installers who knew what they were doing. What sold me on these folks is their track record. I saw an install 3 years old that still looked new and was holding up well. This is their product. The off the shelf product just doesn't seem to hold up that well. Terry and his crew started on a Friday and finished Tuesday. 29. I can't say enough good things about Terry and his team. Very conscientious and professional. The result is fabulous. The area under the deck seems to be bone dry! It's like adding an extra room on the house. Exactly what I wanted.

The sales person came out very promptly to provide an estimate. They collected 1/3rd of the estimate so they could "schedule" the service work. They promptly cashed my check; however, that is where the prompt service stopped. I called two weeks later and spoke with the salesman, who apologized for Gutterman not contacting me and gave me his word that I would be contacted within 1 to 2 days. I waited another two weeks, without being contacted to set up the work. I was forced to contact Gutterman again in an attempt to get my work scheduled, one month after them taking my money. I was transferred to a very rude ?manager? who attempted to tell me that they just don?t have the time to schedule my service right now because they are very busy. A horrible approach to customer service! This ?manager? promised me that he would give me a call back by Friday of that week to provide me with a specific service date and time. Friday came and went without a call. I called back, for the third time now, the following Monday at 1pm. After staying on hold for approximately 30 minutes, I was finally able to speak with a ?manager? who provided me with a date and time for them to come out and perform my service, which was 6 weeks after they took my money. If you like begging someone to perform a service for you, and like being treated as though you are bothering them, then Gutterman is just the type of company you are looking for. However, if you are looking for a friendly, competent, high quality, & service minded company, then I would use a different company. I will never use this company again, and I will tell everyone about their poor service.

Initially i was happy with the repair as the gutters were no longer leaking water at my foundation along their entire span however it didnt take long (maybe a year at most) for the gutters to leak heavily at the ends. Im not sure if they had done the repair with the silicone i found on the ends or if it was previous work but i would have expected them to have seen it and fixed it more properly. I now have to repair the ends of the gutters myself.

We are satisfied with the roof work. They tried to sell me a roof but when I told them that I didn’t want one, they were satisfied to just come and do the repair work that I wanted done. They did it to a high standard.

The guys were just incredible! Four of the six townhouse in our connected complex replaced our roofs. They cleaned up very well after themselves. The most recent gutter project they did for me turned out really great!

They are honest people and they do good work. It's a very steep roof. They are very nice people.

They did a great job matching the gutter color to the house. It looks great and most importantly, works properly.

We have used them three or four times now over the last couple of years. We like them a lot. We pay $100 for them to remove all the leaves out of the gutters and get the gutters all cleaned up. They come when they are supposed to and they do a good job. They ask appropriate questions. They do not leave any mess. The last service was not a hard job but they did it right. They are easy to work with, fair and reasonable. I do not feel that they overcharge me. They do a fine job.

The cleaning was well done, and the price was very good. Still, branches overreaching near the roof which needed to be trimmed and I had some issue with my gutter which was leaking: I wanted them to cut the branches and have a look at the leak and they did not do anything: when another company came for some other works, (JW improvement) they immediately noticed and proposed a solution, which they implemented. So I shall use Gutterman for its good price but not if I have anything more to do than the strict minimum cleaning.

Work went well. They accommodated our design (with changes as the work went forward) and suggested great details as well. They had to do a lot of high quality mason/stone work as well as wood work, including tropical wood that is dense and more difficult than typical. They had two different craftsman for each part of it. The final product is absolutely gorgeous and has also allowed us to make wonderful use of the space.
