Called the office, the receptionist asked for a credit card payment upfront before she would make an appointment. Two weeks later a workman who could barely speak english called me on my cell phone and said I need a new roof and gutter replacement and that it would cost me thousands of dollars. I asked him to confirm the home address and it was the wrong address! I asked him to document his findings with photographs before I would agree to having any work done. He said he would send them within a few days. When I never received the photos, I called the office several times requesting them. Only after three weeks of badgering the owner, were the photos sent. Bottom line--the roof was fine and the only work needed was new collars around the PVC drains and gutter cleaning.--a $300 job done by Marshall Roofing. Would never use these people again. Use Marshall roofing, they are honest and fair. No money upfront for a consultation and they only fix what needs to be done. Terrible experience with Goudgerman Services!

My gutters and downspouts needed to be replaced. They failed to tell me that they cannot work with the underground tubing to direct water to the street. They said they could only direct it to the back yard. They would not help me out and because of this I could not finish my patio. I would not reccommend them to anyone. Their sales, commitment to the customer and management was horrible.

The owner was the one that came out and was very knowledgeable, polite and thorough. I never received a proposal.

Gutterman Services called on 5 July and said they would be out to my home the following day. I happened to be out of town when they visited, but there was a bill on my door when I returned home on the evening of 6 July. The bill noted the service technician had cleaned and flushed all gutters and downspouts. Additionally he had checked for loose gutters and downspouts but did not find any. The bill noted I had one downspout backed up on the rear of the house (which I knew about in advance of their work). I have one minor complaint in that the service tech did not clean up the debris that was flushed from the gutters into the yard. Overall I am pleased with Gutterman Services quality of service, communication, and promptness. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends/family.

Never got a call back after two weeks. I received an email confirmation that my request was received but no call.

Very professional installation all around. Gutters and downspouts look good. Excellent paint match.

Scheduling was a breeze and they called to let me know when to expect the crew. Crew was in and out very quickly and left no mess behind.

Office staff is top notch and very responsive. Workmen were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up worksite every day. A pleasure to do business with!

We are extremely happy with both the gutter system and the professional installation.

I am happy in all regards except for the long delay in getting the gutters replaced. After 5 weeks I left a message asking them to tell me when they would install. I received a call back within 24 hours saying they would install the following week. I have to wonder if I had not called if I would still be waiting for service. I would recommend that when long delays are likely that the company call at least every 2 weeks to let the homeowner know what's going on.

We had to request an estimate twice. After we accepted the estimate and sent in a deposit we didn't hear anything from the company for several weeks. We called them to see when the work would begin and they were not able to tell us. After we got a start date, the date was delayed a couple of times. The eaves were completed and then we had to wait for the gutters to be installed. The quality of the material and the workmenhsip seems fine. They told us the downspout drains were clogged and we asked them to clean the drains. They left a hole in the front yard and have not responded to our email about it.

They were very professional and they followed through with everything in a timely manner. They did a great job.

They could not initially do the work due to weather but communicated this and did the work as soon as they could.

We were very pleased with this company and their contact with us through this project. We realized there would be a lot of people needing gutter work this spring. Gutterman prioritized those customers with interior water damage or leaks and then were very timely in finishing our project in about 6 weeks from signing the contract.

Estimator was courteous and competent. He explained all the options and worked with me on some unique items such as connecting into existing underground drainage piping and painting the facia before installing new gutters. There was some delay on scheduling work but it was done within one month of the estimate visit. I was unable to be present on the day the work was done, but gave them permission to do the work without me present. I arrived home just as the work was completing and noticed that they had concocted a peculiar interface to one of the underground drains. Instead of piping the downspout inside the underground drain they had connected over (outside) the drain. Anybody with a brain knows that this guarantees the downspout will drain right to ground at the connection point. At my insistance, we designed and installed a proper temporary interface. I was left, however with an uncertaintly about the level of expertise and comittment of the installers to do a good job. The experience left me wondering how good a job they had done on the rest of the installation. However, their Lifetime Guarantee gave me some peace of mind.

Arrived on time, finished work quickly, performed good cleanup. Materials and workmanship are first-rate. Workers and the estimator were all very professional in manner and appearance. A job well done. The materials used for the new gutter and gutter leaf guard are very heavy duty aluminum; much stronger than my old gutter system.

I found everyone punctual, professional, and personable. A very good experience.

Called them to ask for an estimate. Dispatcher/office manager was professional and competent. An estimator came by a few days later (much sooner than 4 other companies); he was also professional, thorough, and punctual. Answered all my technical questions about the proposed gutter repair. I chose another company because of a lower price but would return to Gutterman for other estimates and repairs.

The powerwashing part was satisfactory. The gutters were not cleaned out at all. Our driveway was left in a mess and some furniture items on the deck were not replaced. A window screen was left lying in the yard. This plus the fact that the technician did not arrive until around 10:30 am and left around 4 pm. We were told that our project would be a full day's work. Basically, it was one guy holding a hose for around 5 hours - for $2000!! We have not paid the balance yet, this work was done yesterday - we still have to report that the contract was not fulfilled, but I would never use this company again. The estimate by the way was done over the phone. The coupon mailer said most houses were cleaned for $400! Ours is a large single family home and I expected to pay more, but even so, we expected a superior service for that kind of money.

They were easy to contact and followed through. We picked a different company based on their gutter screening and cover product. I remember this as a pleasant meeting.

Very well. There were some initial miscommunication problems between how the work order had been written up by the employee who came out to do the estimate and the person actually performing the work...but Ann, the Supervisor, was really good about getting things corrected once I brought it to her attention. Ann was very professional and sincere about gettings things corrected. After the corrections were made, I was very pleased with the work performed and would highly recommend.

The woman on the phone was able to tell me how much the job would be by looking at a satellite picture of my house. She was very good about telling me exactly what they would do and what I would be charged for. The workers did a great job and were very nice. They cleaned everything thoroughly and tacked gutters that were coming away from the roof. I was very pleased with their work.

Initially, estimater inspected and provided estimate of work cost, with provision that price might be higher if some of the adjacent wood needed to be replaced. Final cost, to include two pieces of replaced wood, was slightly lower than originally estimated because less repair was needed than had been anticipated. All Gutterman personnel we dealt with, including estimater, office managers, and workmen, were polite, competent, responsive, and professional. Price was very close to the lowest estimate we received, but we decided to pay a little more to go with Gutterman in light of their Angies List record and impressions from the estimater.

They were fabulous. They told us what they would do and did exactly that in a timely manner. The gutters are working great.

I don't remember the cost. The experience was great. We set it up. I didn't even see them. They were there and did a great job cleaning up the gutters.
