A little trouble with scheduling, but installation work was excellent-very professional, neat, and efficient. Product and price were better than other estimates.

They had previously provided an estimate over the phone using satellite imagery, which they hit exactly. I didn't even have to be there, which was a big plus. I came home to clean gutters, but I'm waiting for the first rain storm to ensure that all works perfectly.

Quick and painless. It took a couple days to get someone to come out and give us an estimate. It took about a week to order the materials. It took a day to install the new gutters. All of this did not require me to stay home from work. The new gutters work very well and I don't have to get up on the roof to scrape out leaves & pollen three times a year (hopefully). They cleaned up after themselves and a month later I got a follow-up packet in the mail. Overall, it was a great experience.

They stuck to their estimate. Cleaned the gutters and cleared up the problems we had been having. They were on time. We have a townhouse and the work was up high. This didn't cause problems or extra charges. My only concern was that when they finished they just left without letting my wife know that they were done. I guess they were trying to be on time for their next appointment.

We called several gutter services listed in Angie's List, and Gutterman seemed to be the most professional. The guy who came out and gave the estimate was instructive, and pleasant to deal with. He suggested different options, running the gamut of pricing. We opted for the set-up that was less expensive but requires more maintenance (cleaning several times a year). Though the man who gave the estimate did suggest that the more expensive K-guard gutter system would involve less maintenance, the cost of the installation would have been double. (Even if you consider 10 years of less ladder climbing, we'd still be paying about $150 per year to cover the extra costs involved. I just couldn't justify that.) The estimator did suggested we add some gutters in a location that was overlooked when the last set was installed. So while their prices were a little higher than the other quotes I got, I felt better about dealing with this group. They required 1/3rd of the cost up front to schedule the install, and the installation was to happen within 2 weeks from that time, and it did happen within that time frame. The technicians who came for the install were professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old gutters, although we did find some minor debris -- some screws and little metal pieces -- that remained behind. A couple days after the installation, we had a rainy day, and it came down pretty heavily, off and on, for 24 hours. Before our new gutters, that kind of a storm would have meant our sump pumps would be kicking on every few minutes, but with the new gutters, they ran only occasionally. We couldn't be more pleased.

We might use them. They were fine.

The power washing was good and efficient. Did minor work to nail in gutter that was leaking. Leaking was reduced, but gutter may need more work than performed.

JC was our sales rep that gave us an estimate. He was on time and professional and gave us a couple of options to think about. I prefer to communicate via e-mail and he wasn't the best at replying to e-mails but was always reachable via cell phone. The installer arrived exactly when they said they would be here and was 100% professional and did a great job. Now that we have had the new gutters on that side of the house, we saw zero water in our fireplace during the torrential rains that we have had over the past 10 days. Great job overall. They sent a very nice follow-up letter with referral cards that provide a discount at a restaurant if your referrals do business with them.

I initially contacted gutterman by email on June 22nd asking about repair for a section of my gutter that fell off. They responded same day asking some questions and requesting photos of the damage and surrounding area. I also received a call shortly after. Rep initially expressed concern over the distance between Manassas and their location in Sterling but she then said that they do work out there sometimes and might be able to tack my job on to one of those runs. At the time I was only looking to replace the section of gutter that fell down so I understood why they may not want to come out there for a small job even though Manassas is not that far from Sterling and they support jobs farther away. I sent the pictures on June 29th and received an email on July 8th stating that they needed to see it in person and they were sending out a rep that lived in the area. He stopped by to take a look when I was at work and called with some questions and recommended replacing all of the gutters since they were damaged. I didn?t get the quote until July 27th after reminding the rep that I was still waiting on a quote. I responded with a couple of questions and asked for a revised quote to include diverters and gutter helmets on July 29th and didn?t hear back until August 3rd. The rep said he was sorry for the delay he was on vacation and now that he was back he would send a revise estimate shortly. I sent an email checking on the estimate on August 11th. Since then I received a letter from gutterman thanking me for interest in their company and a call from one of their reps on September 14th also thanking me for my interest in their company and checking in to see if I got everything I needed. I told her that I was still waiting on a revised estimate. She said she would check on it and get it to me soon. I have yet to see anything.

Their quote was higher than we were willing to pay. We felt like they wanted more money than the product was worth. They were very pleasant and there were no issues there.

They were very polite and it took them about 2 weeks to e-mail me the estimate. We used them a long time ago and would probably have used them, but it was just that we did not proceed with that work. We decided to get an estimate from them because we used them before and also because one of our friends used them and said that they were terrific. The price they quoted us was not unreasonable and their customer service was great. They were very courteous, nice and personable.

The company was unresponsive to repeated phone calls. After I was on their list and waited , expecting they would call to schedule an appointment, they never did. I wasted time waiting for them to follow up with an appointment and eventually went with another company.

There were initial delays in beginning the project (due to business travel on our end). This led to some additional delays in scheduling on their end. However, they were responsive and helpful in working out an eventual start time. Their office staff are unfailingly professional. The gutters were completed rapidly and well-installed. We've had no issues. The windows installation team led by Barry Holden was professional, neat and responded to any unexpected issues with innovation. They consulted us as needed.throughout the process.

Everything went very well. They came on time and were very efficient. Their cost was higher than some but when you're dealing with gutters, you want the very best, which is what this company offered us.

I called Gutterman yesterday and they provided me with a quote over the phone. They said they would be out in 5 - 7 business days and took a credit card over the phone. They were clear that it would not be billed until services were completed. The next day I got a call saying that had an opening and were out that morning. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

In short, a HORROR story, punctuated by the owner of the company acting as if he was the one to feel sorry for as his staff were not performing well and causing him problems! In short, they took my siding off and left. They also removed the rear gutter at this time to get at the old siding. Of course a storm moved in and rain poured down the side of my house, FILLED my window wells up in my new basement bathroom and flooded my bathroom. It took FOREVER for them to get my new siding put on (short cuts were taken and I had to keep on to the guy to do it correctly - in the end the insulation foam boards were never taped with any kind of tape such as tyvek). The new siding was put on, then ANOTHER storm moved in and the black from the rubber membrane on my rear extension roof stained my BRAND NEW siding leaving streaks that are still visible today. He sent out a guy with a power washer, but the siding still looked poor. The owner insisted it was fine and refused to put new siding up but kept saying that he would "take care of me" at the end leaving me with impression that there would be a SIGNIFICANT discount. Finally the new gutters were put up but the guy was useless with copper and left solder all over my newly painted brick. Also, the front gutters have always leaked. In the end I gave up. Oh, and his idea of taking care of me was $0 compensation. I kept back 10% which in retrospect was a tiny sum in relation to my loss, mental anguish and the many hours it took me to clean up. Oh, and his idea of "taking care of me," was simply that he sent out a guy to clean the siding and over saw the rest of the project personally. The product is a good product, however, WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I wish there was another vendor out there with the license for this system, but there is not. The siding was just the standard rubbish, however. I see that he gets good reviews. His statement at the end was that there's always one or two projects a year that seem to go badly and once again it was as if I had hurt him personally.

Gutterman Services replaced all the gutters on my house. They were prompt, responsive, friendly and professional, from the dispatcher to the sales rep to the installation crew. I purchased their top-of-the-line product, which was not cheap, but I feel I received fair value. I enthusiastically recommend Gutterman Services for gutter installation and repair. Based on my experience with them, I would consider them for roofing and siding work as well.

The people I worked with at Gutterman were friendly, professional, the work was done in a relatively timely manner (there is a slight delay this time of the year), and the quality of the work appears to be solid. They even (proactively) decided to re-route one of the downspouts on the back corner of our house just around and down the opposite wall to help make sure that none of the water coming down that downspout inadvertently spills into our rear stairwell - which was directly below the spot where the original downspout had been placed. This was a creative and appreciated decision. Bottom line, I'm pleased and I would definitely use Gutterman services again.

I had a major ice and icycle issue with my roof during the Feb snowstorm. Gutterman responded quickly with a crew that was very efficient, professional, and obviously knew what to do. They let me know exactly what they were doing and took before and after photos of the roof and ice problem to show me what they had done. In July they cleaned and respiked my gutters and identified a problem with one of the vent pipe collars while inspecting the roof. They returned to replace the collar after discussing the problem with me and providing me with a price for the work. On all occasions they have been prompt, efficient, professional, and leave the work area clean.
