Description of Work: We worked with Garneski about five years ago to completely replace our HVAC, and they did an excellent job. Our old furnace was replaced with a more efficient heat pump/furnace combo. We are still using Garneski for periodic maintenance.

Description of Work: This latest visit was for semi-annual routine maintenance on my high efficiency heat pump and fan coil. I've been very pleased with Garneski's AC & Heating since they first installed the system four years ago. Since then they've also installed a whole-house steam humidifier and, in response to my comment about uneven temperatures on different levels of my townhome, the technician reconfigured a duct to produce an immediate improvedment in air distribution. Since the system was installed, the same service technician has come each time, and I like that consistency. They use good products, do good work, and remain responsive whenever I've had a question. I've never had an issue go unresolved. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Requested Frank Garneski to come out and submit proposals for A/C replacement. Franks price was competitive and complete. In the end I chose a different contractor which had a slightly lower price. Frank seemed honest and direct and very responsive.

Description of Work: After waiting approximately 2 weeks for this company to service my a/c unit, they no-showed. I called their office and was told that the previous job was taking longer than scheduled. I was assured they would be there within an hour. Why didn't they call and tell me that instead of having me wait. I agreed to wait. Again, they no-showed and did not call to tell me they weren't going to show on time. I did not have the luxury of waiting for days on them and I left home. I have no idea whether they ever showed or not. I know they never called. DO NOT USE THIS worthless company
