Good technicians, but management was not ethical. On two service calls, I received email coupons that the office refused to honor. In one case, they eventually honored their offer, but not the second one. I am walking away from my paid service contract. It seems they have no idea what offers are being made in their name and no intention of honoring them.

I have been getting the annual check-up and maintenance for the Carrier HVAC system done by Jimmy Kamm for several years now. Jimmy is a professional, diligent, knowledgeable and takes time to thoroughly inspect the unit. He explains any issues he finds and answers my questions. I have been very pleased with the service and find Jimmy to be an excellent technician.

I have used this company previously for a few basic maintenance jobs without problem and actually bought the annual service agreement. However, I recently used them when our heat pump fan wasn't working during cold weather. The tech diagnosed it as a condenser fan motor and said it was a special order part. He told us it was a $1400 special order. It was cold, so we agreed and they came about a week later to replace it. I just followed up with the owner because it seemed like a lot for the part and the 1.5 hrs of work. I asked for a breakdown of costs because the invoice didn't have any detail. After multiple requests, he finally told me - turns out the part was about $400 and they charged nearly $1300 for 1.5 hrs of labor (note: we got 20% off with agreement). He continued to explain to me how much it costs to pay health insurance, maintain vehicles, drive out to get the part, etc. If they had told us labor was $726 an hour and that it wasn't the cost of the part, I would have definitely called someone else. I will not use them again.

It was a minor issue. But considering it was winter, fix was urgent for me. Garneski Services were very responsive. Technician was very helpful.

Technian arrive on time and completed all maintenance checks quickly. He reviewed issues that needed to be watched, told me what to look/listen for that would indicate the problem needs immediate attention. The tech observed all Covid 19 protection protocol.

First of all, love the Carrier system and all the techs. Willie who installed, Carlos who a while back suggested adding a third return in the basement, and most recently Willie and Jimmy who spent time both in the house and over the phone to suggest ways to reduce humidity. Very knowledgeable, professional, patient with my questions, and a real A Team. Extremely satisfied. If I ever have to replace this system, Garneski will get the call.

Terrible. Called over a week ago, and requested priority service for HVAC repair and potential entire HVAC replacement, which is a big $ job that should have been very attractive. Promised dispatch would try to have someone try to come that day before the weekend, otherwise worst right after the weekend. More than a week passed with not just no response, but a house of almost 90 degree temperatures for more than a week, in the summer. And we recently called back after waiting a week, and called at just about 5pm. When the system finally could connect with someone, and we told her the problem without any response or fix, she could not even get ahold of the owner or supervisor or anyone, even after trying. This appears to be a completely terrible company who does not care about the customers and their suffering, or even to try and do their own job, even with the opportunity of big money.

It was an extremely costly and awful experience that occurred over a two-month period. Do not trust that you will receive the best service or recommendations; be sure to get a 2nd opinion before installing additional components, etc. Don't expect the company to right a wrong even if their recommendation resulted in damage costing more money to fix. Ask for appointment paperwork but good luck getting it; took me weeks of calling and asking multiple times. Run...

The service was excellent! I've been using Jimmy since 2011. He takes the time to do his work, answers all the questions that I had, he makes sure that everything was working fine, and whenever there's an issue, he lets me know. He's a professional guy and a very nice guy to work with.

Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Alerted us to a no-cost warranty repair for an induction motor making a slight ticking that he said would get worse. I wouldn't have known. Answered all our questions about the programmable thermostat. Excellent service.

At the time of installation, the high water pressure in my home (100 psi) caused some plumbing problems. Also, the initial amount of hot water was insufficient. The company promptly reimbursed me for the cost of a plumber to fix the plumbing problems that occurred at the time of installation. Later, when I phoned about the amount of hot water, the company sent a technician out the next day. He thoroughly checked the water heater and determined that the only problem was the temperature settings for the upper and lower heating elements, which he adjusted. This appears to have solved the problem of insufficient hot water. Garneski specializes in HVAC systems. I have dealt with them for years. They are a high quality company who stand behind their work. (I responded N/A for price because I did not compare their price for the purchase and installation of the hot water heater with that of others.)

I been very happy with them, the service people are very professional, they do a very good job. They were the one who installed the units and Installation was good and the system still works fine. All in all I am very happy.

We were first time users of Garneski, having reached them after hours, on the hottest day of the year (so far!) They willingly fit us in, late at night, and the technician 'Carlos' was cheerful, professional, and extremely knowledgable. When we finally decided to replace our system, I obtained quotes from 3 providers and Garneski offered the best pricing, including a detailed, written summary of various alternatives with specs and prices. Everyone I encountered there, from the front office to the sales manager was professional and kept their word on call-backs and service promised. Carlos and his assistant Josh recently installed our new A/C system, which works beautifully. Garneski has a great email communication system which kept us informed every step of the way (tech arrival, photos of damage, quotes, invoices, etc.) but also employs staff who are good in-person communicators. Really, really impressed by their whole operation.

Check went smoothly. No problems were found.

I love this company. They installed our new heating/AC system and I keep an annual service contract with them. This includes 2 annual system checks, fall and spring. Scheduling is easy, the workers are punctual and friendly, and they always have my HVAC system ready for winter heating and summer cooling. When something doesn't work, they come out same day. This is exactly the kind of company you Like to work with!

On the day of the installation (JUNE 20th), Carlos and his team arrived early morning , they were extremely polite and respectful and most importantly got this major job completed on time and my garage was spotless :). Carlos answered any questions I had, and taking time showing me everything when it was finished. Thank you so much. I highly recommend them . I will be using them for my future HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Frank Garneski, the owner, worked with me to design an HVAC system that included 3 heating/cooling zones in my home. The price was very competitive. The installation was excellent and was done in one day. The new HVAC system is more comfortable than the old system. The new HVAC system has reduced heating costs somewhat and has greatly reduced the air conditioning costs. The maintenance contract includes two semi-annual visits, for which there has never been a charge other than the fixed, annual fee. Only one minor repair has been needed; a temperature sensor on the outdoor heat pump unit failed and was replaced. The cost was fully covered by my ten-year warrantee. The HVAC people at Garneski are all very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and friendly - and they arrive close to the scheduled time. The office staff is also friendly and accommodating. In short, Garneski is a pleasure to work with.

They are efficient, do their work quickly and professionally, and make sure they do not make any mess in your home. They keep us posted as to their arrival time and are punctual. For many years Mr. Garneski himself came to do all of the work. He is a trustworthy and fair man. We never felt as if we were being charged too much. Now he has other employees do most of the service calls and they are also trustworthy. We get a good service for a fair price. We currently have a service contract that covers regular checks on our systems and also most emergency calls. We have had several emergency calls over the years and Garneski's gets to us as soon as possible. We have recommended them to many friends and none of them have been disappointed with their services.

They went out of their way. It was a unique system and the inside was a unique set up. It was in the ceiling and it took a long time to find the right thing to replace it. They did a lot of leg work to find the right one and it has been working perfectly since.

It was a more extensive system. Always been very simple which is why I have used them for two system. Wonderful, not a problem, very responsive, very polite, professional. It had worked great, saved us a lot of money.

I've been using them for a number of years. It was the same technician and now have new one who's been out the last three times, they are very consistent.

It is very easy and they give you a reminder. Extremely good and very responsive. We had a problem and they came out the same day. Not only did they diagnosis the problem but they fixed it in the same day. They are very good.

Excellent process from start to finish, professional, punctual and tidy.
