Description of Work: made rooftop repairs to dryer vent where it exits the roof. I give them a B for quality because there is really no way for me to know what happened on the roof. I can say that the dryer seems to be working (drying properly) now. The other item I would note is that they tried to upsell us on a dented piece of duct work in the attic for a couple hundred dollars. this seems overpriced to me and also did not take into consideration that it has been dented for the 10 years since the house was built and there has not been a problem with the vent system until recently (seems unlikely this was the cause then). Overall, I would recommend them and use them again.
