Donmar's great. They delivered a very reasonable quote for the top of the line Trane system, and won the bid out of 5 other vendors. They showed up on time and was very professional. The installation went smoothly and haven't had a problem with the system at all.

Donmar showed up and assessed the job and stayed until it was complete. Entire job took about 9 hours with three men. Donmar called to let me know that they would be later than then 7:30 AM start time, but showed up at the rescheduled time.

They were punctual, professional and responsive. I have recommended them to several others.

We called and the estimate was fine. We ended up going with another company that had a better price for what we needed, but we would consider using them in the future.

I believe I was taken advantage of by this company. When checking the unit that was working but not working correctly, the worker drained all of the freon out of the lines, and we could not run the air conditioner because of this. We decided to go with another company, as the price they quoted was extremely high. I found them to be lacking in integrity, and by draining the freon, we were forced to make a repair we otherwise could have waited on. UPDATE: The owner called; concerned we were not satisfied. He generously offered and we agreed upon a partial refund. The owner was very professional, and I told him I will consider using his company for services in the future.

We were very happy with them. We have used them several times, and we have never had any problems with their service.

Prior to lengthy trip out of town, I heard water drip in the closet that houses furnace/blower for AC unit. Donmar technician arrived at appointed time (3 hour window), determined AC needed coolant and heating unit may soon need a pump replaced. Turned off valves to pump since heat isn't needed in summer, putting off pump repair or replacement to later in the year. Honored "coupon" when I mentioned Angie's list in phone call to set up appointment even though I had no printed coupon.

The service manager (Mark) was on time and very professional in describing the proposal and service/products outlined and recommended. The installation crew was on time and very conscientious. The crew chief kept me informed of their progress and any issues that required my attention and/or input. The only issue we had was that they forgot to turn the gas (heat) back on after installation. They needed to come out an additional time to rectify the situation.

The service tech was on time and appeared to be competent.

Even though it was the summer, the work was completed two days after, I called it in. The installers were professional, neat, courteous and hard working, since the project took 7 hours to complete in a very hot attic. They left everything in perfect working order.

Beautifully done. I was given a 3 hour window on a date that I chose. The tech called to say when he would arrive and was right on time. He diagnosed the problem within moments, gave me an estimate and fixed the problem in a very short amount of time. He then checked both the indoor and outdoor units to make sure everything else was working properly, noticing that the indoor is 25 years old and the outdoor was 6 years old and the cheapest one I could buy at the time. Instead of pushing me to buy a complete new system right away, he said we could keep it until something truly breaks down and can't reasonably be repaired. In all, the tech was at my house for less than 30 minutes and charged exactly what was quoted.
