Description of Work: I have used this company many times and they do great work. However, they made an appointment for a Saturday cleaning in October 07 and never showed up! I made 5 phone calls to the company and the message center said they would relay the message immediately. I was quite upset as I had a party the next day, which is why I called the cleaners in the first place. On Tuesday, 3 days later, I finally got a message; did I want to reschedule? I called the company to ask about what had happened, and the rep said, oh, we don't get messages on the weekends. I don't know why they didn't show up. Maybe they were busy. Grrrrrr. I actually made another appointment with them because they do do good work, but I was very disappointed in this experience.
