They do it 8 times a year. I have a yearly contract. It's pretty good but not great. It's fine. I'm usually not home when they come.

They've been doing it for years now on a regular basis. They're out quarterly. They put in our sprinkler system so they're out twice a year to do maintenance on that. We had questions and they return calls right ways. They answer right away.

We had Bio Green install our system on our one-half acre lot in 2009, and they have provided both sprinkler maintenance and lawn care ever since. We even referred our neighbor to them for a sprinkler installation. Overall they do a very good job, and it is evident their service reps take personal responsibility and pride in their work. It is reassuring to see familiar faces, who are familiar with our yard, return periodically for the next scheduled appointment. Recently Robert B. and Ryan have taken care of our sprinklers, and Rob and Jay have taken care of the lawn, and they have all provided great work and good value for us.

John came to my home this morning to perform the summer check on my sprinkler system. He adjusted several sprinkler heads to reduce excess water going to my flower bed and to provide more coverage in adjacent grassy areas. He adjusted heads in my front yard so all grass would be watered but more water would fall on the full-sun areas. He gave me watering tips so more water would sink into my yard rather than just running off. This service was included as part of my maintenance agreement with BioGreen. John was a skilled technician in tweaking my sprinkler heads and a valuable advisor in helping me manage my sprinkler system.

I'm impressed with BioGreen service. Since choosing them, my lawn has turned around from the treatments they have provided. Very professional and customer oriented company.

this is the beginning of our third year with BioGreen. Our lawn is the greenest and thickest around. When they first started, we had trouble with fungus, sedge, and weeds. Each time they came for a treatment, they gave me detailed instructions of what else to do, how to mow, etc. I have also called a few times in between treatments to ask advice and they are always willing to help, even having the agronomist call me back, with no charges. Yesterday, Ryan came out to do our service. He left us a great note, as always, about how to continue to care for our lawn and exactly what he had done for treatment. Ryan did a great job. He found a number of leaking sprinkler heads. He took the time to show us each broken head and to explain why he recommended replacement. He prepared a detailed estimate for us and carefully explained the next steps for scheduling the repairs.

The usual efficient, neat, and complete work bv Technician John, who has done work at my home several times before. If your complaint in the past has been over --- perhaps "language difficulties" with other services --- use Bio Green and ask for John. You won't be disappointed.

We've been Bio Green customers for many years. Always prompt and responsive and this was no exception. Technician Ryan did a great job; arrived on time, did all the work promptly and checked the system thoroughly. Since we were home, he checked the in-garage controls as well, verified everything in proper order for the spring, all without being asked. Great job.

The Bio Green folks always spend time to answer your questions and provide you a hand written writeup - which I do appreciate. He checked and adjusted all the spray heads and checked to make sure there were no leaks as I requested.

The BioGreen team that included Santiago and Omar and a handful of others was confronted with a very challenging installation due to the complex septic system locate in the center of our front yard. They did a fantastic job and the system works wonderfully. It was a messy install, but the place was left spotless before BioGreen departed. Santiago and Omar came by a couple weeks later to do the system demo and teach us how to use the programmable system and both were outstanding stewards for their company. Well done, we'd definitely recommend BioGreen.

eWe hadn't used a lawn care servic for years because we were worried about our dog and kids. Now that they are older we decided to do something about our yard - which was completly weeds with very little grass. I called around to three different lawn companies and got estimates and also talked about how concerned I was with all the chemicals used ... both in terms of our pet and the environment. Bio Green was by far the most professional, educated, and knowledgeable of the three companies, and I thought for sure they would come in the highest estimate. We were shocked when we found them to be about half the price of one of the leading lawn care companies in the area. Furthermore, it didn't take them any time to get our yard looking beautiful. It's been one year, and now the grass is thick and green and healthy. Here are the specific things I like: -They don't just dump a certain amound of herbicides and pesticides on your yard based on it's size. They do individual treatments tailored to your yard using as little chemicals as they can. Ours needed more at first, but not so much to maintain. -I like the detailed instructions they give telling us exactly what we need to do to keep lawn healthy. The write a very specific note each time they come (including how, when and how much to water and mow). -They call ahead of time and leave a message saying when they are going to come - and then they stick to it! This is nice because I like to cover my herb garden ahead of time. Ryan is great - even came up to the door to chat with me about the weeds, the solution and our dog. Very professional and friendly. -The price; extremely affordable. After I "discovered" them two of my neighbors have switched over and are very happy. Highly recommend them!

Scott stopped and and walked my husband through our sprinkler system and setup, even though they weren't the original installers. We purchased the house in September and wanted to ensure we understood the system. He re-programmed the system for high efficiency and better watering of our lawn. Scott checked all 11 zones and ensured they worked properly. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

The service technician, John, worked on my system last year when the harsh winter caused several of my sprinkler heads to fail. He did a great job replacing them and getting the system back to peak efficiency once again. During this service call he noted that the backflow valve was leaking and needed to be fixed or replaced. He found a solution that will fix the problem without replacing the value which would have be a significant expense and John found a much cheaper solution that will extend the life of the the backflow value. John is service-oriented, he is friendly and he finds solutions that solves issues without "breaking the bank". Having worked with Biogreen VA for the last 13 years, I wouldn't think of any other company installing or working on my system and certainly don't want any technician but John doing the work. The staff at Biogreen are without peer in this sector, from Crystal in the sprinkler head office to John the field technician, Biogreen has great people, doing great work! Keep it up and you have a customer for life here in Manassas!

Turned on water; checked all circuits for proper operation, adjusted sprinkler head. One head, as it was being adjusted, broke off and was quickly replaced by Mike at no additional cost. Price shown was 1/2 annual contract cost for Fall shut down/Spring turn on. Mike and Ryan performed this service. They did an outstanding, efficient job. When working with BioGreen irrigation, always request one of these two gentlemen.

BioGreen installed an extensive sprinkler irrigation system in conjunction with landscaping me front and back yards. The installation went smoothly and BioGreen did a good job of coordinating it with landscaping activities. Their follow up was also excellent. BioGreen?s technician, Jason Johnson, did a great job in correcting a few issues, fine tuning the system for efficient coverage, and giving my a good education on the inner workings of the system. The system works very well, keeping my plants thriving through the summer?s drought.
