Great. Bio-green helped me figure out how to address my drainage issue, and it was tested shortly after it was completed. Worked great. The lawn sprinklers work fine and within 4 weeks, had a healthy lawn again. Highly recommend. Tried 3 other lawn companies over the prior five years, never had any positive results. Night and day difference. My wife and I are amazed at the results.

Bio Green Outdoor Services were punctual and winterized my sprinklers in the back and front yards. This ensures that winter freeze will not damage the system. I continue to be impressed with the company - they planned and put the system in a few years ago, and I have since used them for Spring turn-on and Fall winterization ever since. The system works really well.

The team came on time, performed the necessary work with the right equipment. No issues.

Everything at this point is excellent have next summer but sure the same professional service will continue.

After contracting with Bio-Green in August 2019 for complete lawn care including a full yard kill-off and total renovation, this is what my yard looks like as of September 2020. Appx $ 5,600 has been spent so far and my yard is DESTROYED. I had another company come in and they just shook their head at what Bio-Green had done and told me a combination of fungus and too much fertilizer killed my yard. Several calls to Bio-Greens upper management to come out and inspect were ignored. Their response was this was "My fault". Right. I Intend to file on them in Fairfax County Small Claims to recover the cost of re-establishing my yard once I have the total bill from my new company in hand. I should have known something was wrong when the quote I got for a drain pipe install was so high, but I needed it done so I absorbed that cost .. but then the real problems started. I got a quote to install a sprinkler system, we agreed on everything but during the install they said I needed special wiring for my controller. I did some research and checked the wires they installed and they were the exact same as the wires for everything else. I even checked my neighbors and his was the same too. They then said I had to pay a few hundred dollars more now, on top of what they originally quoted me, for something they would have installed normally. I have tried for weeks to get this resolved with them and have had the worst customer support run around ever. Them saying they will call me back but never do, saying they will look into the issue but never do, at the end of the day they stole over 300 dollars from me without me signing for that additional cost and completely failed to try and resolve it with me.

Irrigation Technicians Lee and Caylor came to my home to assess an irrigation leak. They quickly assessed the problem and scheduled repair. They thoroughly explained the issue with our system in a manner that was easy to understand. They are extremely knowledgeable about irrigation systems. I have complete confidence in their work. I highly recommend these two technicians and Biogreen.

Great service from Gentry who has been helping get our sprinkler system back to working condition. Ended up getting full year service package because of Gentry's great work!

On at least one occasion, the “experienced” bio green technician stated that he could not complete the service because the valve as not left out. What he failed to realize is that it was already installed by the last technician that was at my home. He left the job and a “$40 trip charge”. They were supposed to also call me if they encountered any problems which is really the cause of the multiple trips. I was always available for access to the home, and bio green was made aware that all service would be done while I am present. This very situation is the reason why I operate that way. They claimed to call but never did, probably because they don’t mind assessing an illegal “trip” charge. Finally, they have been fired due to the “my word against yours” attitude coming out of the front office. As a customer, they have not been a partner, rather they have flipped the script and treated me like I work for them. At this point, doing business with them is a liability for me. BEWARE! I have asked Bio Green to send the document where I agreed to accept these “trip charges”. They cannot produce one because I never agreed to one. They feel like they are the government and can levy whatever fees on you, whenever they want without your prior agreement. They compare this practice to a doctors office, but the difference is when you sign up as a patient, the doctors office will spell that out beforehand in the paper work, then you can decide if you agree to accept such fees or find another doctor. Also, Bio Green has already been paid to do the service, unlike a doctor that gets paid on the backend. These are just some of their tricks so BEWARE. As they stated to me, they feel that they have the right to assess these charges (which they don’t because they were not agreed to ahead of time), so I am not “quitting”, but simply asserting my authority to fire them. They work for me; they forgot that, but now they know.

Called Bio Green for a fairly extensive repair project, left specific voice message with name and number but never received a return call. They may have high marks with Angieslist but not returning calls is unprofessional and discourteous no matter how busy the company. No excuse.

Went well, as usual. Phone call the day before, knock on door so dog can be secured before Robert goes into backyard. Efficient, courteous, friendly.

We selected Bio Green after getting three estimates because of an excellent job done on a neighbor's yard and because Steve, the sales representative, spent more time understanding our requirements and planning the system. He provided three options, and we selected the "Ultimate Smart" or top-line one. The biggest problem was in scheduling the work - so that the turn-on and demonstration day was December 20 which was also the turn-off day. Hence, the adjustments to the spray heads were rushed, and we have had no chance to see how effectively the system actually works to water the yard and garden. We signed the contract on October 10 and expected the work to commence about four weeks later in early November after we returned from an overseas trip. When we returned from the trip, we found that the work had not been scheduled as expected and that we would have to wait until the week of Thanksgiving for the initial work on plumbing. The plumber did a very professional job but then told us that someone would call to tell us about the next phase. After waiting for more than a week, we had to call to find out when the work would be done. They finally came the middle week of December. It took them three days to get it done. The digging was somewhat more disruptive to the lawn and tree root systems than we had expected, and some of the pipes for watering the garden went through it rather than around it as we had wanted. Nevertheless, the workmanship on connecting the pipes and electrical connections appeared to be excellent. There was another delay before the system could be turned on, demonstrated, and turned off on December 20 just before severe winter weather was forecast. Since the adjustment of the spray heads was very rushed, we are not yet in a position to comment on the effectiveness of the system to do what we expected. I hope we will have the opportunity to check out and adjust the heads for each zone more accurately.

They did not finish the job. I will not recommend them.

We've used BioGreen for the last several years. They service our lawn 6-8 times per year. They are prompt, courteous, and call the day ahead of each service to let us know they are coming. Our lawn always looks much better than our neighbors. Definitely recommend them. Robert B was our most recent tech and did a nice job.

We have used BioGreen for our lawn care for the past year. Our lawn looked better this summer than previously, very glad that we made the switch to this company. We always have the same consultant, Charles C., and he's extremely professional and does a great job.

Charlie C went above and beyond by blowing the leaf buildup into the planters so he could take care of the weed & feed.

The sales person (Eric), showed up for the initial appointment on time and was very responsive / professional. However, subsequent to that initial meet he was somewhat difficult to get in touch with. I would leave voicemail messages, and would get a call back a couple days later. Not a deal breaker, but had hoped for quicker responses. Based upon 5 contractor estimates, I selected Bio Green. Upon notifying Eric, he quickly got things moving. They offered a small discount as I wished to install in the Fall. I provided the deposit / down payment, and was scheduled for the install about a month out. About two weeks from scheduled install I had a couple questions, so I called the Bio Green office. The lady who answer the phone said "hold" then put me on hold - did not ask me, she just automatically put me on "hold." I waited a few minutes, then the same voice/lady got back on the line and asked "May I help you"? I explained my questions/concerns; however I must have been confusing to this Bio Green representative. She became somewhat irritated with my questions - I could tell by the tone of her voice, and the responses she provided. I wasn't trying to be difficult. I remained polite the entire time; however the call quickly got to the point where I literally told her, "Lady, I am your customer, I didn't call to argue with you, why are you arguing with me?" I tried explain my questions; however she simply continued to be very rude. I told her "thank you" for your time and hung up. I have no idea why she responded this way; however, her behavior was so rude, I decided to cancel my scheduled service. I called Eric, and left him a voicemail. After about 3 voicemails, Eric returned my call. I explained that I simply wanted to cancel. He never asked why or attempted to maintain my service. He simply acknowledged, and agreed to cancel my scheduled installation. Overall assessment, I would not recommend Bio Green. Eric, although professional was not very responsive. And if the woman who started the argument represents the future experiences of working with Bio Green, I can find plenty of competition who will provide much better service. Matter of fact, I did just that and hired Affordable Lawn Sprinklers.
