Have been with BioGreen of Manassas for well over a decade. Want to give a special shout out to my technician, Jose M., as well as the office staff in general and Courtney & Steve in particular. The reason i've been with them all of these years is primarily their superb customer service. They are always prompt in replying and helpful with any concerns or assistance i need.

They do an excellent job. I would give them an "A" across the board.

I think they are a little expensive. I will continue to use them. They come out and actually care about how my lawn is doing. They aren't just putting fertilizer down.

I would use them again, I use them all the time. They do a good job. They come out when they're supposed to.

I have used them years ago,and then I had yard issues, and started them again. I have always had good luck with them.

We have had a wonderful experience with Bio Green! From the personalized quote for treatment service and new sprinkler system, to installation, to excellent treatment services from Robert Brown, we have had top quality service. Their prices are very reasonable and fair and every employee we've worked with has been professional and friendly. We look forward to working them for years to come.

On the latest visit, Robert demonstrated his professionalism and Bio Green's excellent customer service. Robert took time to discuss the lawn's current condition at length. He was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the conversation and then left detailed written remarks summarizing the services provided and what we had discussed for future services. I look forward to continuing work with Robert and Bio Green in coming years.

We have used Biogreen for several years to keep our lawn green and weed-free and they do a great job. They once called my attention to a grub infestation that could have spread to my neighbor's yard (that would have been embarrassing). Our latest service by Robert B was excellent as usual. He left a note as always with info about our lawn.

They installed the sprinkler system, very poor installation and when I call them for service they came out and made it worst since then I am stack with their broken system.

Originally signed up for Spring turn on service in the Fall of 2016. Paid for the fall turn off and spring turn on at the same time. Fall turn off service was great. No issues. Spring turn on was ridiculously difficult to schedule. First a call comes thru in late March that by the time my machine's greeting is done only tells me someone is coming on certain date in April at 8:00am. The company is never identified again in the message....and it asks me to confirm the appt....I didn't because I wasn't home. I figured the company would call again. So I wait a week---no one calls. I guess that it might be BioGreene and if it isn't I needed to call anyway to schedule the turn on. I get the receptionist. She tells me I'm already on the schedule (apparently the truncated message was from them)...I confirm the time of 8am and am told "no, the techs don't know what time until the morning of the visit". What? "You can call first thing in the morning and we'll be able to tell you then". Wow...how inconvenient for someone who works outside the home. Lucky for me I work from home. Then the Thursday before the appointment I get a call, but I'm outside mowing the grass so now my message is---"if you don't confirm your appt we won't be coming and you'll be put at the end of the list". Uh??? So first thing Friday morning I call....again get the receptionist. Tell her about the call and she has no idea why I got that message---that the appt is confirmed. Monday rolls around and I call first thing to find out when the tech would be out. I am told "not until after Noon" Super---I head out to my volunteer place and get home at 11:30. On my front door is the "OH sorry I missed you" card from BioGreene. Okay I am super frustrated now----I call. Get the receptionist....this time I get passed off to another person....her voicemail cuts out. I call again....get the receptionist again....get passed off the other person again....leave a message asking how someone can come before Noon and just leave when I was specifically told they would be there "AFTER Noon" No one calls me back. A week goes by I call again...get the receptionist....get passed on to someone else....leave another voicemail. Now I really mad....no way should I be working this hard to get a frickin appt that I already paid for. I get a late night email that the tech will be coming on another day and a specific time. Tech shows up. Puts on the unit .... water gushing all over. Tells us it needs a whole new part -- around $500. How in the heck did that happen when your guy last fall said it all looked great. I tell the tech to take it off. Forget doing anything else (like the backflow test). I am so frustrated now I just want him out of here. I call another local sprinkler service. New company tech comes out. I give him the unit that the BioGreene tech took of wrong (leaving a part on the unit). I tell the new company tech nothing about the previous try with the unit. New company tech puts on the piece...water leaking all over he says "I wonder why this is happening?" He then proceeds to FIX the unit (it was clogged--he flushed it out) and it works perfectly. The system passes the backflow test with flying colors. This new company tech just saved me $400. I write to BioGreene asking for a refund of my spring turnon portion of the check I had sent last fall. No answer. Then in May I get a phone call from BioGreene telling me when my backflow appt is --- WHAT??!! Who scheduled that I ask....I am passed to another person to cancel my appt. I am then quizzed about whether I've had a backflow test because Leesburg can be a real pain about those....yea....I already had it done....cancel this appt that I NEVER made. Still waiting for a refund. Will never get it and will never use them again. Problem Solved was the sprinkler company that I used and will continue to use --- only took one call to make an appt....I'm sold.

Robert B. again did an excellent job on his early summer service. Punctual and always leaves feedback on the service performed and any recommendations. Also, every time I call the front office they are always courteous and resposive.

Got the right quote, with the right amount of details during the time of the initial consultation. However, it all went downhill from that point on. I wasnt notified during the consultation that the first part of the work would be 4 weeks out. Had I known that I would have gone with someone else. Even when the first installment of the work was done, I was told the second installment would be done a week later (due to weather related issues and because they were backed up). When I called them up on the day the work had to be done, I was told that they would not be showing up that day, and the next available date was another 2 weeks out (again because of weather related issues). I keep getting the same reason every time they delay/reschedule the work because it is weather related and they are backed up. Even if that is the case, would still appreciate someone calling me up to let me know in advance they would not be making their scheduled time and even if they couldn't, I still cannot understand why the next available date has to be two weeks out. By the time, they are done, the summer would be almost gone. Extremely unprofessional and very poor communication. At this point, I still have no idea when the remaining work will be done and since I have paid them more than the deposit, I am stuck and have no choice but to wait for them to schedule and implement the remaining system as per their convenience. I will not be renewing my work contract with them and hoping this is the last time I engage them for my services.

Robert Brown and JB performed excellent work and over the years have managed to recover our 3/4 acre lawn to a nice, healthy state. Highly endorsed and recommended.

It went very well. Francisco was very quick and he knew exactly what he was doing when he found the issue. He was very patient with my questions.

They're great. They come and perform the contracted services every season and always leave notes on what they did and what we need to do to make that treatment most effective. Can't ask for better service.

Used to be good but probably got too big to care about customers! We had used them for over a year and half now. They used to be good and hassle free. But looks like their quality has deteriorated. They came in to turn on the sprinkler system. The guy didnt know where blowout valve was or the water turn-off valve. This was after they have been servicing our system for year and a half. I had to show him both and explain it. He seemed to be quite new to this. He went through it and turned it on. In evening, when I came home, I saw a water puddle near RPG. It then became worse and started flooding the lawn. We left them five voicemails over a week. Finally they picked up and the rep acted as if they are doing a favor talking to us (because they are so busy!). She mentioned, well we didnt receive any voicemails. Instead of understanding the emergency, she said they were quite busy and cannot handle it until 2 weeks from now. So great! Not only your guy didnt ensure blowout valve was properly secured causing a leak issue, you cannot come out for another 2 weeks to fix the issue. Additionally she kept on arguing that we had not left any voicemails initially. I understand businesses become swamped but I was frustrated by approach- so not customer centric. Atleast you should approach it as - I am so sorry, let me see what we can do here. Meanwhile please take these preventive measures etc. So whoever is running the company, please advise your staff to think about customer's situation else you wouldn't continue to be busy for long!

Did a great job. The first scheduled appointment got rained out, but they rescheduled promptly.

I've had them for 10 years, they come every 3 months. I recommend them to everyone that asks me about my lawn. They leave notices on my door about what they did. They are very good at communicating. I also get email notifications as well.

I've recently hired BioGreen for their lawn care program, and so far I'm very pleased. Everyone from the ladies on the phone to the techs have been very courteous and customer oriented. Mike first came to do a site survey and explained in great detail the program. Then Robert Brown came over to do the first Spring Service. He was very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Promptly responded to my inquiries and kept me informed of the work performed. I left my back yard gate closed, so Robert ensured to notify me and quickly made arrangements to come as soon as possible.

I have used Biogreen for years for my lawn maintenance and they have always been very professional and responsive. Robert does a good job.

Hired this firm to overhaul my lawn, which was in poor shape. Although they did make significant improvements to my lawn, I had the following issues: 1. As "lawn experts", their sales person misidentified Bermuda grass as Crabgrass and recommended a course of treatment for the wrong type of grass. As a consumer I relied on their expertise and recommendations. When I later learned of and confronted them with their error, they blamed me for signing their service agreement and that it was my responsibility, not theirs, to know the names and types of all of the weeds and grasses in my yard. 2. I had to constantly contact them to get them to come out to do their scheduled service. For example, the lime treatment that I paid for in November and was told would be done between December and February was finally performed between February and May, only after I had to call and email them repeatedly. 3. Special requests made at the time of signing the agreement were not communicated properly to the team that was performing the work, requiring work to be delayed and redone. It was frustrating to have to communicate errors made by their crews. 4. Management did not appear to want to keep their client happy.

Went well and they were the lowest bidder. Slight glitch in finding the water line from the street to the house. Instead of the line going 90 degrees from the street to the house, it goes into the house at an angle under the garage. So they for most of the first day to find the line.
