They do a fine job and I will continue to use them in future.

They came in and looked at my lawn and gave me a quote, but I haven't done anything yet. The quote was about $3400. They seemed professional. I don't have any complaints. I haven't dealt with them. As far as getting a quote, they were okay. They did bother to turn up and give me a quote on time. Overall, they were excellent. They were very responsive. They showed up on time. The gentleman was very nice and professional. I would consider them for the work and another quote in the future.

They were referred to me, and I researched them on Angie's List. They were professional. They were very quick to come out and give an estimate. They were also quick to do the work.

I pay them for yearly service. They do the job and they come when they are supposed to. The treatment is going on good so far. The lawn looks good after they started working. The couple of other neighbors in the yard and neighborhood have started using them too because what they have done to mine.

Bio Green arrived when promised, lymed the yard and then left a notice on the door letting us know what they did.

It was painless. We were actually working out of town for weeks at a time and relied on the professionals at Bio Green to keep everything working and the grass (sod as it was a new house) growing.

Their products are better for the environment. They are pretty professional. We would use them again.

Horribly. Promises were made to repair my lawn which I documented in a letter dated July 31, 2010, and e-mails dated August 24 and October 25, 2010, with pictures. I have never received a response to my two e-mail messages. Called the office twice in Manassas. Left two messages for Biogreeen management to call me but to no avail. I have since terminate the service. I think Biogreen in Manassas is under new ownership and/or management. The customer service has gone downhill. It was a good company at one time. The person who serviced my lawn was fired and my lawn suffered as a result. I am able to provide documentation of the letter and e-mail messages sent if needed to support this narrative.

Contacted Bio Green for a Sprinkler System estimate. Took 2 days for a call-back to schedule a meeting time. Bio green rep missed our appointment. Rep called 3 hours later to reschedule for another day. Rep was over 30 minutes late for second appointment. He had to dig through his trunk for brochures and a business card. Rep had shirt unbuttoned. Provided estimate the very same evening. Price was somewhat competitive but had add-on charges for seemingly every step where as other companies included certain items. Decided to go with another company that left a better first and second impression.

We have a contract with them and every year they check pipes to see that they do not freeze, and they recharge them to keep them running. They unsurprisingly found that the pipes were broken and the sprinklers were not working, so they repaired both. They repaired a lot of other equipment in the lawn. I thought that they were rather pricey but they were quite competent. They also justified why they charged me more by installing equipment.

They are fine and very responsive. They come in regularly and finish their job quickly. I am very happy with them.

They are very good all around. They installed and maintain our lawn sprinkling system. The experience was all good. They left the yard in great shape. They come by and turn it on every year, and then they flush it out every year so it doesn t freeze, and so the long-term maintenance of it is great too.

The entire process took about four weeks from when they started digging the trenches to the sprinkler system being complete. Bio Green handled all of the necessary paperwork for permits from the county. The contractors that worked on-site were professional. I loved the having the sprinklers this past summer; our lawn is green! Bio Green was just here in October to close up the system for the Winter. Additionally they over seeded the lawn where the trenches were dug.

I signed up in Oct. 2006 to get a core aeration and overseeding, but was required to sign for an annual program, with the understanding that I could cancel at any time and only be charged for this first service, which the sales rep told me would be $135. The service was performed but shoddy; they were very stingy with the seeding and I had to add my own seed. I canceled the service. In April I received a letter telling me I was canceled but I owed another $206 as the balance for the aeration and over seeding cost which was $345.00! After 3 lengthly letters back and forth with Mr. Sabanosh explaining that I was told the cost was $135 and that I refused to pay anything more than what I had agreed to, I was placed with a collection agency and have received 3 harassing demand letters including an attorney with threats of additional monetary penalties. I have now engaged an attorney to defend against these unscrupulous practices! High priced, poor service, shady dealing. Avoid this company!

I was told I'd get a 30 minute window call on the day of the service, and I never got the call and the workmen preceded with the work without me present. After the work was completed, I placed a call for 3 concerns. First one being, the water from the new head was very powerful and it completely missed the plant and it was hitting the brick mortar of my house. second, the healthy plant was dying because it was uprooted during the work and third, the electric wire from my landscape lighting was completely exposed. I was told that they couldn't send anyone out for another 3 weeks, to address the problem of re-adjusting the sprinkler head and the exposed electric wire, but nothing can be done about the plant, since the sprinkler head was moved to where I wanted. I asked to have a supervisor come out and take a look and was told it would cost me $85 to have him come to take a look at the performance of his worker and the supervisor wouldn't be able to come out for another 5 weeks.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS. THEY ARE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THERE WORK IS GOOD AND IT SHOWS IN OUR LAWN.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND HAVE KEPT THE LAWN IN GOOD SHAPE. WE ARE SO HAPPY THAT WE DECIDED TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL TAKE CARE OF OUR LAWN.

THEY CAME OUT AND SPRAYED MY LAWN WITH FERTILIZER AND BUG SPRAY THEY DID A GREAT JOB THE COMPANY COMES OUT EVERY QUARTER TO TAKE OUT ANY OVER GROWN WEEDS AND GRASS.

THEY PROVIDED THE SERVICE SUFFICIENTLY .THEY WERE PROMPT. THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. MY LAWN LOOKS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS.

THEY DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE and THEIR PRICE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE. THEY ARE A PROFESSIONAL GROUP OF PEOPLE TO WORK WITH and I'M HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.
