Description of Work: We have used Biogreen for our lawn care for about a year. They have always been great and leave a card at the door when they've been there detailing what they did and what we need to do to continue care. | |Most recently we used them for a sprinkler system. Of the three quotes we received BioGreen's was the best. The team that came out to do the work were friendly and professional. They went over everything they did after they were done. Our lawn looks awesome. Would recommend without hesitation.

Description of Work: I have been using BIO Green Since late 2010. I pay $78 per season and have paid for lime treatment two times. My yard looks great. I've lived here for about 7 years and tried many treatments and put alot of work into the yard, but never was able to get the results of BIO Green. My neighbot told me he had never seen grass in the back yard in over 20 years of living there. Those who service the yard have been professional, courteous and always leave written suggestions to ensure the lawn continues to thrive through droughts, floods, heavy snows etc. I chose BIO Green based on a reference from a friend who was very happy with the company. I have recommended BIO Green to two people and they have been happy with the service as well. From my perspective they are a good company, providing a good service.

Description of Work: I have used this company for fertilizing my lawn for 15 plus years with great results. This was the first time that I had them do the core aeration of my lawn. They told me that they would call 4 days in advance of the work so I had time to flag the sprinkler heads. I received a call the day before they planned to do the work. I stopped what I was doing and flagged the heads. Received a call confirming the date and time 0800-1000 the morning of the 6th. By 3pm there was crew. I called BioGreen explained the problem they called back said he was a little behind but would be there that day. He shows up at 3:30 PM and proceeds to do the aeration. The results were ; ran over 6 of my heads and the tines buried two of the flags, destroyed a patch of new grass (just sprouting), then left me a note saying " Please flag your sprinkler heads". I called the office and left a VM stating what I have written above. As of this moment I have received no response. I will not use Bio Green for this service again.
