Shirts continually returned dirty around the collar. However, I thought I would give them a few chances since they were close to where I lived. When I brought this to the attention of the person at the desk, they said they would make note of it. The second time I brought this to their attention, the person at the front desk just sprayed some chemical around the collar and said that this would fix the problem. It did not fix the problem, shirts continued to be returned not very well cleaned and, every now and then, I get a shirt returned with new black spots (like from a dirty iron).

Bergmann's will arrange pick up and drop off. Prices are good. There are often coupons on their website. The staff is punctual and helpful. Cleaning met expectations.

Small rug was dropped off to be cleaned. Rug was cleaned and returned to me rolled up and wrapped in paper. Dry cleaning seemed good and satisfactory. Company never called when completed, as requested. When dropping off rug to be cleaned, and when calling to see if rug had been completed, employees at plant seemed somewhat disinterred in helping, although for other service I've had in the past, the home pickup-return delivery drivers are very nice and professional. When paying at the dry cleaning plant, I had to remind cashier of advertised discount. Price was then recalculated satisfactorily.

Bergmann's was terrible. They have a giant neon sign in their window that says "It's Right It's Ready or It's Free." They burned one of my husband's dress shirts, and when I complained, they told me that I had to give them a chance to re-do it. I told them that they were wasting my time unless they knew of a way to un-burn a shirt. They not only refused to pay for the value of a shirt, but refused to refund any money, period, notwithstanding their "guarantee." When I spoke to a manager, she was extremely rude, and told me that unless I had the original receipt from the shirt from when I had originally bought it, they couldn't refund any money. I told her I was happy to buy a new shirt to replace it and give her that receipt, but she said no it had to be the original receipt from the original shirt. Yeah, right. More upsetting than anything else was how rude everyone was, they have no concept of customer service, and I will never use them again.

Very well. The rug had a stain from water damage. I tried to get it out several times myself. Bergmans was able to get it out the first time.

On June 28th, they picked up two rugs, one a 9 1/2 x 12 and the other is a authentic Persian prayer rug. I purchased the persian rug 50 years ago, so I know it is real. The rug has been ruined. There are creases in the corner, the fringe is like it has been starched, it is unraveling and it is still filthy (I can still get dog hair out of it). He made an appointment for 10:00 this morning to deliver the rugs and didn't show up until 11:30. I'd already called the office twice inquiring where he was, so he just dropped them and took my check and left. I left a message for the company, but wanted to warn others about my experience. They even charged for disposing the fluids that they cleaned the rugs with.

I gave up on this company after they returned shirts with spots that hadn't been there before, charged me for cleaning they didn't perform, failed to arrive on their scheduled pick up day, and never returned my phone calls.

THIS COMPANY DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH MY RUGS. THE CREW HANDLED THE RUGS WITH EXTREME CARE WHEN REMOVING AND RETURNING THEM. THE RUGS LOOKED SO BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN WHEN BROUGHT BACK.

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. ALL STAINS WERE REMOVED AND WERE RETURNED IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. THE CURTAINS WERE READY FOR PICKUP WHEN WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD BE.

AT FIRST THE SERVICE WAS GOOD, BUT THEN THE PRICES CHANGED AND I WAS NOT NOTIFIED. I WAS OVERCHARGED AND I WOULD CALL IT IN TO ACCOUNTING, AND HALF THE TIME THEY WOULD ADJUST THE PRICE AND THE OTHER HALF THEY WOULD NOT MAKE THE CHANGES THEY CLAIMED THEY DID.
