Description of Work: I sent the company a picture of what I was looking for. They replied they do not work on modern furniture. I need reupholstery done (replace inside of seat cushions) which I thought was clearly stated in the Big Deal.

Description of Work: Rebuilt,touched up dining room chair, repaired,touched up dresser drawer and stripped, refinished Antique nightstand. All work was explained and the process of the repairs and refinishing including every detail were confirmed. Allowed us to choose from many colors and finishes. Showed us what we chose on the actual piece to verify that was what we wanted the piece to look like. All work was done beautifully. They took extreme care with our pieces and we are very happy with their work. |

Description of Work: I had a round dining table and 6 chairs repaired and refinished. Service was excellent, the owner arranged for pick-up of the furniture and then arranged a time during the refinishing process for me to choose the finish that I wanted. The work was performed on schedule and they delivered the finished furniture back to my house. I will be using this provider for more work in the future.

Description of Work: The vendor, whose name has disappeared in my tablet, said he agreed with me that the ad was confusing. He said no way could he come to Leesburg to even give a job estimate, and no way would $200 cover the small table repair. He said he'd call you to get me a refund. Today (8/12) your rep said no call was received. He told me to fill out this firm and a refund would be issued.

Description of Work: They could not come to me to do the restoration. I spoke to another rep who was off handed, not sure if I will continue with AL.

Description of Work: They restored a 100+ year old sewing machine. We had to remind them about the $50 coupon in order to get the discount. The management/sales personnel were okay, but sometimes hard to contact, not prompt and not always there when they said. The personnel doing the work were excellent and did a very, very good job restoring the walnut wood finish which was very close to a new finish. We would check other restorers before we used this provider again.

Description of Work: I had an old chair that needed the wicker seat replaced. They replaced the seat and refinished it. They did a great job matching the color. It is hard to tell it is not the original seat. They did quote a 6 week time frame, which was actually closer to 12 weeks. It was not a problem though since I was not in a hurry for the chair. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Antiques and Furniture Restoration is a terrific find. We initially brought two pieces for refurbishing. They did an outstanding job. We have since brought many items that needed work and are continued to be impressed by their craftsmanship and professionalism.

Description of Work: They repaired and refinished a combination bookcase/desk/dresser, which had drawers, bookshelves and desk cubbies. The piece was approx 90 years old and was a Craigslist purchase. It needed a lot of TLC, but was a perfect size for a small guest room. Additionally, I had "trash picked" a wooden, painted vanity chair. They removed the fragmented veneer and did a beautiful job of staining the wood a complementary color to the desk. I would trust Mr. Haridi with any furniture I own. He always does a great job.

Description of Work: They repaired an old spindle rocker and a small side chair. Both were done professionally and surprisingly quickly. The repairs were almost invisible; the finishes matched exactly. Very Please. I rated them B for price because it seemed a little high - however I didn't get other estimates b/c I liked the guy and felt confident in his work.

Description of Work: We had a wheelback chair that the spokes had come unglued. To repair it, they needed to take apart the back and refit and reglue the spokes. This was one of a pair of chairs. I cannot tell any difference between the one fixed and the other.

Description of Work: I don't know why your system doesn't have this review. I sent it in in great detail shortly after the service was provided almost two years ago. Please stop asking me again and again!

Description of Work: Using an Angie's List Coupon for Service, I brought a fold-top desk in to see if it was possible to restore, after first sending email photos of the piece. Mr. Haridi explained what he could do, made clear the possible imperfections that he might or might not be able to hide, the sections that would have to be re-made. I agreed, and he began his work. On schedule, he asked me to come in and choose a stain color, and he explained the finishing process. A couple of weeks later, I went again to pick it up, and I was completely happy with his work. I was actually stunned by how well it come out, and every penny was worth it.
