They were F absolutely. I would give them an F all the way around. Their prices are exorbitant. They were going to charge me $900 to have a chair reupholstered. I asked if they had anymore reasonable options for any of their work and they didn't even reply. I don't even think they belong on Angie's List. They are a mess. They didn't even come out. I called them on the phone. They asked me to send them a picture, I sent them a picture. They gave me an insane estimate. I asked them if they had anymore reasonable options, they didn't. I asked them, did they do anything else? I spent the $99 and got nothing. It was a complete rip off. If there is anything that they can do that is in a reasonable price range, I would be interested.

Repaired a broken bed frame. Replaced screws with wood pegs, glued and filled where wood had splintered, added an additional rail to both side for strength and stability.

Result was excellent products in all cases. Owner desired and needed clear definition for desired end appearance and delivered that result.

We inherited a wooden table with two beautiful wood patterns separated by an intricate design. It had been stripped, but had never been refinished. We found Antiques & Furniture Restoration on Angie's List and took advantage of a coupon offer. We brought the table in on a Saturday and the owner explained that he would strip it again to remove any dirt that had accumulated over time. He would then bring us back to choose the color stain we would like him to use. We came back the following Tuesday and he explained that the table had a walnut veneer, and then he applied samples of two different walnut stains, which made it easy for us to choose. He stained the table with our choice and then used a satin finish to complete the work. We picked up the table the following Saturday. The table looks gorgeous. The wood grains and intricate detail stand out. We have since noticed details in the table that we had never noticed before. We are extremely pleased and will bring any future restoration work to Antiques & Furniture Restoration.

I was told to allow for 6-8 weeks. It was completed with 2 weeks from drop off. They did a wonderful job and the rocker is very sturdy and looks beautiful. The workers were very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them. Using the Angie's coupon I purchased certainly helped with the pricing.

Excellent!!! It's amazing what Haridi can do! The drawer has literally fallen apart, and he worked his magic to make it usable again. He also replaced the wood in the bottom of it (with a better quality and even stained it). My antique dresser is now complete again!

The estimate was so high that the Big Deal would have been about a fraction of a percent. We didn't use them.

I was pleasantly surprised. They sanded it down, restained and finished the tabletop. What stood out is what I was originally suggesting they do he very graciously which was to polyurethane the top of it. He gently said I can do that and I'm more than happy to do that if you want but let me explain to you how that is going to come out and let me show you something different. The better option that he wanted to do said it would result in a much better final product was slightly more expensive. He helped me figure out that I didn't need to do the whole entire table that I could just do the tabletop. It was slightly higher than the big deal price but the results were better than I expected and will last longer than the previous refinishing that we had done. He was very professional, very gracious and prompt. The work turned out fantastic. The table looks great. They got it done sooner than they had said. Once they got it, they turned it around quickly.

The table was very rickety and unstable he fixed the table so well friends and family think I bought a new one. Outstanding service, I have brought and repaired two more pieces since

It was excellent. Scheduling was so-so, since he’s a one-man operation. The provider clearly cares about performing high quality work and operates like a craftsman.

I could not be more pleased. The owner, Haridi, is a true craftsman, and his thoughtful advice contributed to a superb result. It is very clear that he takes his craft seriously, and that the quality of his work is a matter of personal pride. I will surely be bringing him more work, and recommending him to my family and friends.

The estimate they gave was too expensive. They were very nice and there was no pressure to continue service.

There's a reason why this company has such high ratings!!! The chair was almost broken in half by a couple of teenagers and I didn't think it could be fixed. Even if it could be fixed I estimated that it would cost me at least $450-$500. I took it to Antiques and Furniture Restoration, Inc. for repair. Haridi (the owner) told me he could fix it and that the cost would be $225 less $75 for being an Angie's List member for a total of $150. When it came back to me I couldn't believe the incredible job he did. The only way I could tell it had been broken was because I saw it before he fixed it. Not only that, Haidi had another delivery in Arlington and delivered the chair to my front door at no additional cost for delivery. Pretty impressive to get service like that these days. We definitely need more people like Haridi in the business community. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this business!!!!!

The extra cost above the voucher value was $600. The chair isn't worth anything near that.

Exceptional work. Great attention to detail. It took a little longer than expected, but was worth the wait.

I bought an antique chair that was in bad shape and needed extensive work, cosmetically and structurally. I took it to this store and was greeted by the owner who was very pleasant and assured me that the chair could be brought back to it's original condition. I was given an estimate and decided to leave it there for repair. I picked it up within the estimated amount of time provided and was very pleasantly surprised by the outcome. The chair is beautiful and restored to it's natural beauty. It is structurally sound and the workmanship is outstanding. I will return to this facility for other restoration projects.

He did a beautiful job. Very professional, result was beautiful.

I called and spoke with a gentleman, he said he was not the person that worked on the wood, but he would have that person call me. I never heard back from them.

They did fine. However they are not conveniently located and they do not do pick-up and delivery.

I sent a picture to them and they said it would be over $1,000 to have it refinished. I didn’t have the work done because their suggested work would be too extensive and I realized I just needed a mechanical fix. I didn’t get in touch with them to tell them that all I wanted done was repairing the recliner. Their communication was excellent though.

Contacted service provider, requested quote, sent pictures, got high price quote which makes work unjustifiable. Provider suggested refund.

Haridi accomplished all work on time, within budget and was flexible on when we picked the footlocker back up. When we dropped the footlocker off, he walked us through all steps of the process and answered all our questions - he was very sensitive to the fact that this piece is a treasured family heirloom and took care of it from start to finish. When we picked up the footlocker, Haridi had kept it off the floor and covered by blankets - it was fully protected.

It and scheduling were both fine. While he was nice and the price was good, the job was OK, not great. The refinishing could have been deeper. When he delivered the beds there was a scratch on the one of the headboards. He indicated he would come out to fix this. I called him back a couple of times and he insisted the scratch was on our end, not his and indicated he was very busy. I will probably have these redone again.

Haridi spent time with us when we dropped the table off talking about the wood and describing the process for repairing and refinishing it. They do everything by hand and take pride in their work. He even sanded some of the finish off so he could show us some different stain color options and helped us decide on the best one. He said to expect it to take 8 weeks but it was done in about three weeks. We were thrilled with the finished table when we saw it. The table is over 90 years old and I expect it is now good for another 90-100 tears! We will use this company again.
