Gregory's arrived when promised and did a very professional job -- even working through a sudden thunderstorm. We couldn't be more pleased with the results!

Very personable crew. Worked efficiently and were responsive to requests we made. Corrected any problems immediately.

We haven't used them yet. We were seriously considering it so I don't think I can review them unless we actually use them. We just got two different quotes in two different directions. They showed up when they said they would. They were quick about getting the estimate back. They were very professional. My overall review would be favorable. I would call them up for quote in the future.

Overall we were very happy with their services. They were easy to contact and I did not need to leave messages with them hoping they would call back as is the case with many contractors. They arrived on time at house for the estimate, very polite, answered all our questions, very professional and helpful. Within a few days, we received an estimate. We accepted the estimate and they immediately ordered our new door and window. They then called us to arrange a date to do the installation. They kept us updated at all times and were very efficient. On the installation date, they again showed up on time and did an excellent job installing the door and window. We had absolutely no problems or complaints about them. Every member of their staff was very polite, friendly, and professional. Our window and door look great. We will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I called in the morning and the receptionist took my information and then warned me that many people had called that day and she didn't know when he would be able to call me. She said he would definitely call me and set up some time to come look at the roof even if it wasn't that same day. A few hours later, they called and said they could be there in 30 minutes if it was convenient for me. I agreed and they showed up when they said they would. After spending some time looking at my roof and ceiling where the leak had been, he let me know that some of the joints were leaking, but the rest of the roof was ok. He took pictures so I could see what he was talking about. He resealed the problem areas and everything has been great since then. He answered some additional questions I had about gutter estimates and replacing some decorative details on my roof. Overall, I was pleased with the service and his willingness to spend some extra time to make sure all of my questions were answered.

They built a screened in porch for me, and did a great job. He has recently come back out to an estimate for my roof.

All the work was started and finished on-time at the original cost given.

Hard to really express how professional, knowledgeable, courteous the team was. We were given an estimate which became the actual billing cost for the work. They were considerate of our property. Got to work and got it done in a timely manner. Intend to use them in the future for other projects.

The crew of two was very polite. Arrived on time, and were very competent. It was two days of work. The crew did a marvelous job! Much attention made to every detail. I cannot say enough to describe their work.

The crew of three, Mike, Rob, and Jeremy, worked hard and long for five days to complete the job. The quality of work was excellent. Their respect for the customer was excellent, and I would not hesitate to recommend Gregory's to anyone needing any type of repair, painting, or replacing.

Final job looked like the awning was built to be on our house, it added to the appearance of our house.

Gregory's Inc were the highest around. It was fine. They came out promptly and get back to me in just a couple of days. They seem to be good people to work with but their prices are a little high. I would consider working with them in the future if I get a decent price.

They were profesional and polite. I had a couple of requests as to whch part of the yard not to use and to remove an awning and tv antena. They did them with no problem and even offered to take them away. The only problems that I had was having to call the first day and last day because they were late to show up before I went to work. It did not effect the job, I just wanted to know if they were coming on thoses days.

The work went as planned and was finished in a timely manner. I was given an estimate by Jeff Gregory. He was very knowledgeable in roofing and pointed out some potential problems with a back porch that joined the rear of the attached garage roof. He explained what should be done to alleviate the problem and explained all aspectsof the work to be performed. I signed the proposal on April 23, 2013. He stated the work could be started the second week in May. I received a call on May 13, 2013 that a crew was finishing a job that morning and could come to my place after that. They showed up somewhere around 9:30. It was a crew of 4 men, Mike Vann was in charge and I discussed the work to be performed with him. Other crew members were Robbie Lester, Jason McBride and Daryl Coffelt, They begin work right away and when they quit about 4 pm I couldn't believe how much they had accomplished at the end of the first day.They had removed all existing shingles and Installed new underlayment paper on the front and 2 sides of the roof. On day 2 they removed all shingles on the attached garage plus the porch roof that was joined on the back. After that the underlayment paper and the new shingles were installed. On day 3 they removed the back side of the house roof, installed the underlayment paper and stated to put new shingles on the house roof. Later on 2 men moved to the detached garage and started removing shingles. They were able to finish the complete job by the time they quit for the day. The crew worked well together withe great team work as each member had a specific job to perform. I checked around the house after they finished and did not find any nails, trash or etc. I would rate each member of this crew with an A.

I received an estimate only, no work was done. The initial response to my telephone request occurred the following day, which was no problem for the type of estimate I requested. The owner of the company provided my estimate. He was very punctual, professional, and courteous. I received a written quote in the mail within 2 days; the quote was valid for 30 days. I elected to use a different contractor for this work because the quote was much lower. The actual work has not been performed yet.

It was quality work and I would recommend them. It's a family owned and operated business. It was a couple of guys that did the work. They gave a good estimate and came and did a good job.

He came right away and fixed the roof and all that was done without me having to be here, which is really nice for me. I would use them again.

It went very well. It took the installers about 6 or 7 hours and they did an excellent job. They even reinstalled the old screen door on the outside of the new door. The screen door no longer fit the new frame so they cut dow the screen door and custom fit it to the new frame. All of this was not included in the contract, but they did it anyway with no extra charge to me. They cleaned up completely and left the place cleaner than when they started.

They took care of it without me being there and not charging me a surprise fee.

We approached Gregory's about an attic fan (to get more hot air out of the attic). They came and measured from the outside and discussed our needs/wants. We wanted a solar fan, but we also wanted something to keep the humidity out during the winter (we had some issues with condensation on the dryer vent that goes through that space). Based on the size of our house and the humidity question they recommended an electric fan instead. They submitted a written estimate and completed the work within a month. We were on vacation part of the time, so it might have been shorter if we had been here. They were efficient and got the work done promptly. Their communication was a little cold, but their work was good.

It was super and everything was perfect. They gave us an estimate. They were very neat when they came in. They came out when they said they were going to and they finished the job flawlessly. It took them some time to take out the old door and put in the new one but we knew that going into the job. They were professional and it was a great experience. We would definitely use them again. They were very receptive and we were very pleased. They responded to calls and returned calls very quickly.

The price was at least $2000. I have one small problem and I am going to call him back to repair it. It’s because of the rain and the wind. They also repaired when a tree in my neighboring property that somebody owns fell on my roof right after I got it. My overall experience with them was very good because they allowed me to pay for it over time, which is always good. Their price was reasonable. I paid a deposit and finished it off in a couple of months. Their quality was good. They responded very quickly. I would use their services in the future too.

Extremely pleased. The representatives from this company, from the owner to the office staff to the roofing team, were all pleasant, on time, and customer oriented. I have had almost a year now with the new roof, and there have been absolutely no problems, no leaks at all. We have had wind gust hitting over 50 mph with no loose shingles. The team did an excellent job of cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend them.
