This Angi referral has used caulk to install my roof. They have used nails instead of screws with the clips so the manufacturers warranty will not happen. They have incorrectly sealed things and now there is water getting in my walls. They have spliced fascia boards. They have left trash in my yard that is potentially dangerous to my vehicle. For all these reasons I would never use this company.

Work was excellent and workers were professional. Job was done in a timely manner, however they left nails in my driveway that had either fallen out of their truck or tool pouch that ended up penetrating two of my tire’s that couldn’t be repaired. The cost was over $500.00 dollars to replace them and Gregory’s refused to reimburse me. Even though in the contract it stated that they would clean and pick up all related debris from the job. I will not be contacting them for any future work as a result of this outcome, I am very disappointed.

Contacted Gregorys for roof repairs. Service was prompt and, price was reasonable and work was completed quickly and professionally.

Excellent. Gregory's worked us in during a busy wet Fall season, completing first the roof then gutters a couple of weeks later then the siding and window. They were very accommodating and worked hard to complete the work before the weather turned bad. We would strongly consider using them in the future. Their pricing may not be the lowest but you will get quality work.

I was so pleased! Not only did the price come in below what I was expecting, but the work was done faster than I expected! They arrived a day early (which for me was not a problem), and were done within 12 hours. They spent the last half hour circling the house to track down as much trash as they could, considering the breeze, and left the area pretty much pristine. Thank you so much!

Gregory never got back in touch with me despite a phone call and setting alleged appointment times online. So, I used Home Advisor and got immediate responses from several roofing companies who scheduled next-day appointments to give me free estimates. Sorry, Angie.

Whole experience was pleasant. Jeff was easy to talk to, and very helpful. His crew was professional. They performed the work in a timely manner, and left the area clean when finished. Would use Gregory’s again.

Gregory's re-shingled my home about a year ago and the work was done efficiently, with high quality. The personnel were hard working and left the work site clean. Because of this positive experience, I hired them again recently to install shingles on my detached garage and gazebo to replace the wind damaged roofs. They also replaced some facia trim damaged by the wind. Jeff Gregory assisted greatly by working with the insurance company on the final estimate. This was a very positive experience.

Extremely rude and amazingly disinterested customer service. My husband and I have used this company in the past. We called them today to have them do some repair work on our farm's roof. The woman who answered the phone informed me that they are booked two months out. I asked if I could be placed on the schedule. She then informed me that they were booked three months out. She also said that they do not work on metal roofs anymore. I asked politely if there was some one that they could recommend. She discussed this with a man in the background and she told me to look in the yellow pages. Wow. I have worked with many companies and I have NEVER received such rudeness. Obviously, this company has so many clients that they do not need any work. Also, they obviously do not have the time or the inclination to extend normal courtesies to customers. I would avoid this company at all cost and I would give them a zero rating if I could.

The team that did the work were professional, responsive and courteous. The only "issue," was that we should have had our solar panel people notified to assist the roofers in addressing the area with solar hot water heater panels. Once they got that coordinated, all went perfectly. We really cannot heap enough praise on the management and the team that replaced our roof.

Could not have asked for a better job

Very well. They had many big projects on their schedule, but they fit in my work anyway. Very reasonable price. called back next day after my phone message. Tech called ahead to advise when he would be here. Work done properly. No mess. Didn't even knock on the door to demand payment when done. Will send a bill. Trust!

From beginning to end, Gregory's was fantastic. Responsive, patient (with lots of homeowner questions), on-time and the best work crews ever. We appreciated how after having researched options, Gregory's made really good suggestions (on both materials and aesthetics) that we would not have thought of on our own. It always annoys me when I ask a contractor advice and they might say "Well, you're the homeowner" whereas both the owner and crew of Gregory's, when asked, offered actual suggestions above ways to proceed and gave us things to consider. Super helpful. The level of attention to detail was great. The degree of professionalism and caring was unsurpassed. When materials arrived damaged (I would not have even been able to detect the slight damage), the crew captain refused to use the materials and ordered new product. We have an old home and lines are not plumb, corners are not always exactly 90 degrees and it takes creativity, resourcefulness and creativity to solve problems and Gregory's demonstrated these skills every day they worked on our home -- for about 6 -7 weeks, each day.

Excellent. The company had professional drawings made of the proposed work, which I took to the county planning office with my request for a building permit. Seven days later the permit was approved and it took one complete day for the installers to complete the work. The installers were excellent and very professional. The metal roof is sturdy and well built. I finally have shade over my deck and can walk out there during rain, snow or blaring sun. Wish I would have done this ten years ago.

The roof looks great and I hope it is the last one we have to replace. They did a great job!

Jeff prepared an estimate and the work was done exactly as planned. The gentlemen who came were courteous and professional and knew what they were doing. Very respectful of the house and the yard. They completed the work and even added some little details that made it look really nice. And cleaned up each day when they left. Gregory's have replaced the roof and siding on this house, and as you can tell I would have them do work needed in the future.

Great. Adapted to changes in design while construction was being done and provided us with exactly what we wanted. We, our kids and grandkids all couldn't be happier.

Excellent work! Bob and Addison worked everyday once the job started. Bob is extremely knowledgeable! I'm glad these two men were assigned to my job. Can't really compare price because they were the only company to provide a full quote. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.
