The workers were punctual and worked very fast and efficiently. The weather turned extremely cold and very windy and they continued working. All cleanup was expertly done and no nails were left lying around for horses to pick up in their hooves. With the cold January weather in effect, I would give them kudos for getting the project done in a timely and professional manner. I would rate them very high and would certainly recommend them to anyone for a roofing or repair project. This was review 258696.

Gregory's Inc. far exceeded our expectations and were extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with every aspect of the job... The finished product was substantially better than we ever expected and are extremely pleased that we chose Gregory's to complete the job.....The two brothers, Shawn and John Miller, who performed all the work did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to have on our property...Jeff and Dave Gregory also did a great job helping us decide on products to use and porch ideas... Excellent job overall. Roof looks brand new, contractor did good job cleaning up and otherwise you can't even tell that they were there.

They called when the windows were received from manufacturer. Showed up on time completed the whole job in two days. The crew was totally professional. Cleaned up after themselves.

When they did come and do the work the young man was very professional and did an excellent job. They did come by with out calling but our car was in the driveway and it was obvious someone was home. We only have one car. Very pleased with what was done. We look forward to having the next job done. We have already received a quote. I agree that the first review was harsh but when you buy a new home and find out you have work that needs to be done on the roof one tends to get upset. I do apologize and highly recommend this company.

I found them from Angie's List. Called them and my husband met with the owner and he was given the quote for my fixer upper townhouse. Work was done on time and in a professional manner. The only ISSUE I had with them was that this provider does not accept the credit card. In this day and age, I really find it strange and weird.

Excellent. David Gregory gave me an estimate to fix the roof. He kept me informed of when it would be repaired. The workman was incredibly nice and easy going and explained everything he was going to do. Wonderful experience.

Everything went beautifully from the first telephone contact to the finished job. My gutters were stopped-up and it was raining. The people at Gregory's were very friendly and someone came to my home very soon after my call, I believe it was the very next day if I recall correctly. The fellow who came was completely professional and he did a great job clearing a block in the gutter and explaining the condition of my gutters, and how they were attached, etc. He answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and friendly way and he did a great job. I talked to him about putting a new roof on the house and he explained a lot about roofing and promptly sent me an estimate that is thorough and professional. I would not hesitate to do business with Gregory's because I have confidence in their prompt and professional service.

They were very professional, kept me up-to-date with progress with phone calls. Showed up when promised. Workers did great work, were clean and polite. They cleaned up after themselves! I had interviewed several roofing companies before choosing Gregory's. They had the most knowledge and have a great reputation. They didn't make promises they couldn't keep. The ripped off the old roof, framed in the new one. It had to be inspected by county building inspector before work could proceed. They couldn't work some days due to rain, but they let me know. They put in a new roof at an angle to match the rest of the house and building code. It looks great and I don't anticipate any problems.

The job went flawlessly. I can't say enough good things about the crew and their attention to details. I'm a pretty picky person and want everything exactly right and this is one of those times I felt I could leave it in their hands and they would get it all "exactly right". This was a big job that took a little over two months to complete and not once did I ever second guess myself about hiring Gregory's.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Gregory's. They were easy to deal with, responsive to my questions, extremely cost competitive and professional during every phase of the project; starting with the initial cost estimate to completion. The materials used were top notch. The workmanship was of the highest quality. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I recommend them very highly.

They did a very professional job. I had a little bit of a leak around the existing flushing between inside of the house and one part of the roof. I called them about the issue and they've been out twice. First time they came out, it wasn't successful then second time they were able to fix it. The leak only occurs when you have a combination of heavy rain and blowing wind on certain direction but I guess the guy fixed it.

The side and garage door jambs have been rotting for many years and needed to be replaced. I wanted all new doors pre-painted, the locksets keyed alike and new features on the doors; e.g, peep hole on front door, internal blind on side door, and no window(s) on garage door. The only thing that went wrong was the side door came in with the lockset holes on the wrong side, but it was reordered expeditiously and installed about two-three weeks later on a Saturday. I do not have architectural shingles on my garage and I live in a windy area. Some shingles have been missing about a year. This missing ones were replaced right away. I noticed at least one more was coming loose on a windy day after the roof had been repaired. I asked if they could find the "waving shingle" and glue it down when they returned and go over that area on the roof again for any other loose shingles. They did. The front garage gutter was dripping from a previous repair (from another contractor) and that was replaced. My house gutters always seemed to be dripping heavily when raining even though I have dripless gutters. That was checked and repaired. I had rotting/loose front porch pickets and they were repaired/replaced/painted. All job-related debris was cleaned up and removed from job-site. All employees were courteous and answered/returned phone calls promptly. The guys working at my house mentioned several times how proud they were of the company they work for. I would definitely hire this company again!

Part of roof repaired well but corner of roof still leaking that I mentioned was leaking before first visit. They had to come back out and fix the corner area due to it leaking through ceiling a few weeks after their initial visit to repair roof. So far it has not leaked.

They were responsive and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone who asked. They did a very nice job on my roof.

I selected Gregory?s Inc. as the contractor to replace the old, worn-out roof on my home along with new gutters with Gutter Helmet because of the long time they have been in business, their certifications, reputation and responsiveness and, I do not regret this decision. They were not the cheapest of the 3 bids I received but I guess that can be expected with experienced contractors with a good reputation for standing behind their work. And, their price was still pretty much in line with the other bids. Their work was good and I am satisfied with the new roof and gutters. They have been responsive to all of my questions and concerns before, during and even after the job. I feel pretty good that they will stand behind their work and address any problems I may have for years to come. That alone is a huge plus in my book in today?s world. I would definitely recommend Gregory?s Inc. to anyone needing any type of exterior renovation or construction. In fact, I plan on contacting them again this summer for my next outdoor project; a new deck.

It went great. Jeff Gregory was very responsive. The crew that came out to do the work was very professional and did a great job installing new siding and shutters.

He was extremely professional and punctual. He tried several times to get in touch with me after my initial request for service, but I had not been able to get back to him. He came over anyway to see if there were problems. His assessment was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We will strongly consider using him if we go ahead with additional roof repairs.

Called Gregory's to have them come out and give me an estimate on repairing my roof. I have had a leak on my back porch and three different people (friends and family) previously "fixed' it. Gregory's called to give me a time and date for them to come and give me an estimate on the repairs. When Mr. Gregory arrived, he assessed the possible cause, and, within an hour he had found the possible problem and repaired it. To this date, I have had no further leaking He was very polite, very professional, and, being home alone, I felt very comfortable and at ease with him. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend Gregory's.

- Last night after a terrible thunder storm, I noticed that one of my roofing tiles on the backside of my house was standing straight up. With more storms forecasted for the next two days, I needed immediate attention in order to assess the damage and prevent anything further. - Called and left message after hours with Gregory's Inc. and then went to their website and filled out a form to email them. Stated in the comments section that I could send photos if they contact me with their email address. - Next morning, by 8:18AM Willmarie contacted me with her address and I sent photos. She had them looked at and I talked with David over the phone and he said he would come out by mid-day. - David and Jason arrived around 1PM and fixed the one tile and adjacent tiles within 10mins and then looked at the rest of my roof for any more damages. Thankfully their were none. Their prompt service and great demeanor was fantastic and just in the nick of time because it started pouring by 2PM. - Great Service, and the minimum service call was $150, but worth the peace of mind to avoid more costly problems. I recently sold my home and needed to have some roof repairs for settlement. I contacted this company and spoke to Jeff. He sent me a quote within a day and schedule repairs the following week. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.
