Excellent service call.

I found Wayne, The Plumbing Master, through Angie's List when looking for someone to replace my failed well pump. Wayne offered next day service and did a quick efficient job although he wasn't able to give me any manufacturers warranty on the pump, nor an invoice for the work, or even a business card. With the pump running again, we found that the pressure tank bladder had failed and I asked Wayne to replace the tank as soon as possible. He did so within a day and hopefully my water system is now set for another 10-20 years! Wayne is an odd mixture of professional and amateur; when fitting the new tank he needed a common pipe nipple. He didn't have it on his truck and had to drive to the hardware store. Later, same job, needs a replacement pressure switch, not on truck, drive to store! Don't get me wrong, I'm completely satisfied with the work Wayne's done but I would like a business card for reference and a printed invoice that I can read rather than the one Wayne had the spiders produce for him while he worked in the crawl space. Wayne's next job will be putting in a new electric water heater for me. I'll tell you how that goes.

He actually came the same day we called, looked at the job and returned the next day to perform the work. It was done professionally, and a job we thought might be significant just needed caulk. He simply said that was all the one problem needed. great work.

Mr. Crawford came first to take a look at the project and gave an estimate as to what it would cost saying he had to double check the cost of the shower unit in order to give a correct estimate. He called back a few days later with a revised estimate. A date was decided and he and his helper were prompt and went immediately to the task at hand. They were very professional in tacking the job and were very polite in explaining what they were doing. The quickly removed the tub and its surround taking it from the house. Then then put in the shower floor and started putting my new shower together. Several times, they would ask me to check the work and I might say I was very pleased as the job progressed. I had expected it to take well over a day, but they were able to complete the work within four to five hours. They cleaned up after themselves and there was absolutely no mess for me to take care of. I am very well pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again in the future for any of my plumbuing needs.

I'm very pleased with The Plumbing Master. I saw them first on Angie's List, and it was the first time I used Angie's List. Other plumbers who were close by were not on Angie's List, and Plumbing Master had to drive a bit further, but they were well worth it, and they never made an issue about the longer drive. Plumbing Master was prompt, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My toilets were constantly running and before leaving the room one had to make sure water was not running. At times,my water bill was huge. The Plumbing Master came by and gave me a free estimate. Later that day, they came back and within a short time, they had replaced the inside workings of the toilet. Wayne and his crew were professional and polite. They went right to their work and cleaned up afterwards. I have nothing but praise for this company and will continue to use them whenever I need a plumber. I am extremely pleased with the work, the cost and their ability to do the job.

He seemed very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I am likely to hire him for the work. We did have trouble hooking up at first.

The Plumbing Master was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. We have done most of this project ourselves and Wayne and his crew worked with us from the start. They provided some advice along the way and we tackled some challenges together. For example, our original plan located a bathtub in a position that put the drain directly over a floor joist. We came up with a plan to move it just enough to put in the plumbing but not radically alter the plans. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They delivered on scheduling promises, price(which was very reasonable), and were very accommodating to a couple of do-it-yourselfers.
