Beforehand, he provided valuable product information so I could select the best faucet to fit my needs. The faucet is working beautifully.

Outstanding service from the beginning. Wayne helped us in every way possible to get a bathroom installed for our elderly aunt who was scheduled to move in with us with very little time to prepare for her special needs. Wayne made sure that we had a bathroom designed to accommodate her wheelchair and limited mobility. We were working with a serious deadline and Wayne was able to connect us with excellent carpentry and electrical work in order to get everything accomplished in time for her arrival. The price was reasonable and we were more than happy with the results.

Wayne was able to schedule me for the next morning as I had been without a kitchen sink for several days due to new sink/counter top install. Tried to do it myself and it was a disaster. He was there on Friday, I discovered a slight leak over the weekend and he was there Monday morning to fix, with apologies. Great, fast, friendly service at a very reasonable cost. This is my "go to" plumber!!

I was completely fine with the experience. He cleaned up after himself. He did what was asked and charged the price he estimated.

The Plumbing Master went out to my home in Charlottesville to troubleshoot an issue. I am out of town and was not able to be at the house when he arrived. Wayne found a very simple fix. I was very happy to hear the issue was something easy and not a serious problem. Wayne did not charge me for the house call. I was elated to know that “The Plumbing Master” is so honest and conscientious. Wayne is a true country gentlemen and one heck of a good businessman. I will definitely use his services for any future plumbing issues. I give him an A++

It went really well. My water pressure gave out suddenly the night before. Wayne worked me into his schedule that morning, since I had no water. After checking the water tank to make sure it was OK, he and his helper pulled the pipe and wire from the well (not an easy task, especially on a hot humid Virginia summer day) and located the problem. It turns out that the previous installer had neglected to install spacers to protect the wiring. Every time the pump turned on, the wires were hitting the well casing, and eventually they shorted out. Wayne picked up new wiring and spacers in Charlottesville (I live in Ruckersville, VA, and our local suppliers did not have grounded wire in stock), returned to my place, and finished the work before 2pm.

Wayne and his apprentice arrived promptly to assess the job and provide an estimate. Both were professional and courteous. His price was the most reasonable of all the bidders and his work was impeccable. He did it all from running the line and obtaining the permit to coming back and installing the stove once it was delivered. Excellent all around.

Came on time. Very friendly and easy to talk with. Made time for our emergency in his schedule at the last minute. When the leak started up again a day later, returned and discovered a leak around the caulking in the upstairs shower. Fixed it free of charge.

Very punctual, efficient, courteous, pleasant. Repair done perfectly and quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We are in the middle of selling our house. The home inspection found that our gabage disposal was not working and the piping to and from the hot water heater in the basement touched the basement stairs. I called Wayne. He came the same day, and fixed both problems. He was friendly and very professional. Isn't that the way it's supposed to be?

Can't do good work if you never show up.

Nothing happened. We were totally ignored without any explanation.

The tub drain had been slow draining for a long time, but eventually just stopped draining. I called the Master Plumber mid-morning and he was at my home by 2:30 that afternoon — fantastic response time. He unclogged the tub, and then I asked if he would also look at the sink. He was very accommodating and had the sink draining like new in a matter of minutes. I found him from reviews here on Angie's List, and I was very impressed with his responsiveness and professionalism. I will definitely use his service again.

They are responsible, dependable, and fair in pricing. They do an awesome job, very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend them.

The Plumbing Master was very good. I really liked him a lot. We have copper pipes and one of them was getting eaten through because we have very hard water. There was a pin hole leak in our basement. He came and fixed it and gave us a lot of information. He told us that eventually this kind of thing is going to happen to your whole house! So we kept his card because he can give us an estimate to sort the whole thing. He explained that they can just take out little pieces as well as knowing a dry waller who can come in. I remember he was really easy to talk to. We thought that his prices were reasonable. His responsiveness was A+. He was very informative but without pressure. I didn't feel that I was railroaded. He was telling me what's what but not frightening. He's very easy to get hold of because he has a cellphone and calls you straight back. He was very professional. I'm an older woman and you don't want to feel afraid. His helper was a woman and that was reassuring. Those little touches make a big difference.

Wayne is responsive and reasonable. He is our go-to plumber.

I had an appointment scheduled for a week and a half. Plumbing Master was a no show/no call. When I called him 45 min after my scheduled appointment he said he wanted to call but didn't have my number. He did call back at 5:30pm that day to ask if we would like for him to come out to our house. We declined..

Wayne came out promptly, assessed the problem and came back the next day to complete the repair. He arrived both days at the time promised and work was done for a fair price. He's my go to guy for plumbing now!

He was genuinely concerned, and agreed to come in the evening---and didn't charge extra (at least, it didn't seem so to me!).

Wayne and his partner were prompt, courteous, and competent. He showed us the issue with the poor flow in the bathroom sink. We will definitely have him return in the Spring to install a spigot on our upstairs deck for water an repair an outdoors shower that has never worked.

Got a quote from the Plumbing Master for fixing a leaky bathtub faucet and replacing a toilet. He quoted me about $200, based on an estimate of the amount of time it would take. They came right on time (they even picked up the toilet at Lowe's) and did all the work in just over an hour. So he only charged me $95 for everything. Oh, and he even threw in a new showerhead and installed it. Wow! Excellent service!
