They really did a great job! They cleaned up the whole site. They trimmed things up that they weren't even asked to do, and they did not charge me any extra. I have a flowering cherry tree that had started growing unsightly saplings; They trimmed all of those. Another holly tree on the other side of the house shad started to grow back, they trimmed that all down and hauled it away! They left the site absolutely spotless! I left in the morning and came home that night and the tree was gone and the yard was clean! They did all of this work without me even sending them a deposit!

They came to give estimate the day after I called and performed the work three days after I gave them the ok. Their bid was the lowest I received and the work was excellent.

I was very pleased with the price and the response and the experience. I would use them again for tree or stump work.

They did several things around the lawn that needed taken care of. When we hire a tree service, hauling away the stuff is half of the work. They used a grinder to chop it all up. That was a big help to me because I didn't have to chop it myself. We paid them a bit extra because we thought they did a pretty good job and seemed to put some effort for us. They seemed like a pretty good crew. There were a couple of American guys and a couple of Hispanic helpers. My only concern about that was that the helpers were here legally. Everyone was closely supervised. These guys had been working for the company and the company was a reputed one. There were 5 guys altogether that came out, the 2 owners and the helpers, and everyone worked. They had one of the younger guys trim one of the trees. When he was starting to trim a branch, he dragged the saw against one of the branches and took some of the bark off. He wasn't really too careful. It was not that big a deal because it turned out that the branch had to be trimmed off eventually. He should have been supervised so that he was more careful. Otherwise they seemed to do good work. They did a good clean-up job. After the trim, they raked up some debris. I liked the owners. They seemed pretty cordial with us. The price was reasonable. They were responsive. I asked a couple of questions about a bush out front and the guy advised me on what I could do. They showed up when they said they would. They said they would be there sometime early afternoon and they were there. We haven't had too many tree people out here, but I think they were professional. The guy next door had hired them a few years ago and he was reasonably happy with them.

They came when they said, cleaned up all of their mess and they were very polite.

These guys are GREAT. Friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable and professional. Show up when they say they will. .They did a terrific job at a really good price. I contacted Dana and he gave me an estimate of $600.00 to remove the cherry tree. I called again and Dean gave me another estimate for $600.00 for the pruning and more tree removal. We added another $150.00 of removals at time of service. Crew showed up on time (a bit early, in fact) and got right to work. Whole job finished in about 3 hours. They cut the wood so I can use it in my woodstove, and stacked it neatly. They also cleaned up really well. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The Strictly Stumps crew arrived punctually at 7:30am to start to work. We had created a large pile of sticks and brush from our backyard renovation and half the crew started on that while the rest surveyed the tree removal. I appreciated that they were delicate with surrounding trees when taking out the ones we needed removed. It was hard to believe how much work they got done in two hours--everything on my wish list was done before the day even got started! They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and much cheaper than another highly rated tree service. Will definitely use them again!

Strictly Stumps was prompt, engaged, and pleasant throughout our dealings with them. My wife and I had just suffered an extremely bad experience with another company who had started work on this stump -- leaving a voicemail message that they'd be back the next day to finish, this other company took the check we had left for them (we had to leave) but we never saw or heard from this other company again. But dealing with Strictly Stumps was the antithesis of that awful experience. Strictly Stumps responded immediately to our phone call, had someone visiting our house the next day, and had the stump removed within the week. The work itself took less than 30 minutes. The two fellows I worked with at Strictly Stumps, "Dana" and the guy who came out to do the actually grinding, were both very polite and very no-nonsense. They gave us a very good price and got the job done quickly and completely. What more could we ask for? I'd recommend Strictly Stumps to anyone needing a stump removed.

Their prices were better for doing more work than the other companies I had called. They cleaned up well upon completing the job. They really went the extra mile.

This is the second time Strickly Stumps has performed work for us and both times we have been very pleased. Even though their name mentions stumps, they do complete tree service. They worked carefully and quickly removing the tree, hauling away all debris and grinding out the stump. The tree was next to the house and air conditioning unit, but they never let any branches fall on either. They even covered the air conditioning unit and window when they were grinding out the stump. When they were finished, we needed only to add some fill dirt and plant grass.
