He came within the time frame he had stated, he provided his card, he showed me the broken part, explained what he needed to do, and quoted me a price for the completed repair if I choose his company. He did not pressure me to decide at that moment. I liked that.

Ronald was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely hire him again.

He helped to order the part I needed myself and save a lot of money instead of ordering it himself and then selling it to me at a big markup. Fast and efficient when he installed it for me at a great price.

I called RON and told him the problem. Said he could repair the problem. Charged me $210.00 and did not fix the problem.

The first time I used Ronald was to repair my washing machine and I was very impressed. This time I spent $129.99 for a service call and my dryer worked exactly one time. Evidently, the dryer was not reassembled correctly because the second time it was used it emitted the most horrendous squeal that rendered it unusable. I have called Ronald several times left messages and texted my issues to no avail. So much for his parting comment to call if there were any problems. So much for your 30-day warranty. I am so disgusted with this so-called service that I purchased a new dryer this morning. At least this one should be working in the next day or so - with Ronald Appliance repair, who knows? PS - I told Ronald in my message that I was going to write a horrible review if he did not respond to my messages - evidently he does NOT care about his customers.

They removed an appliance from my home, and he's also done some other work repairing other appliances. I would recommend him based on the work that he's done for me.

Repaired my above range microwave. Was on time and explained the problem to me. Quick turnaround on the part and was completed in a couple of days. Good pricing for the services! Call him-you won’t be sorry!
