Ronald called me to describe the issue with my washer and what noises it was making and ran through a test with me over the phone. He was a nice and gracious as could be and saved me a ton of money. I appreciate his expertise and would highly recommend him.

Ronald responded to my request through Home Advisor quickley. Did a great job repairing my over-the-stove microwave.

Ronald answered the phone on the first call and was able to come out on the same day (which was a Saturday) to fix a refrigerator that had stopped working. He did great work and as a result, all the food was saved. He will be our first call for appliance repair in the Fredericksburg area.

After confusion with me booking two different companies. And after first technician came and told me he can’t do anything about the issue I had and recommended to call the plumber. Ronald came to my door right after first technician left and after small confusion and me telling him what first guy told me. Ronald offered to still look at the the issue. And he fixed it! He was such a nice man. After he cleaned all the lint out of the dryer, it worked better than it has in years . The clothes were completely dry in one cycle, and the cycle was quicker tha. Usual. Highly recommend.

This was terrible. Came to replace the ice maker. I paid over 130 for the first visit and another 136 for the parts. They installed it but it did not work and they damaged my refrigerator by cutting a freon line. I had to replace the appliance. I tried to contact them to get a refund but they are avoiding me. Recommend you not do business with them

Ronald called me before I even closed out the Home Advisor screen on my computer. He came out within 2 hrs, at the stated time. He was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed my problem w/in two minutes (!) and told me how I could fix it myself at a much lower cost than having him do it. He contacted the parts supplier and ordered my parts using his discount, and made sure I knew how to fix it before he left. Would surely use him again.
