Ronald Appliance Repairs

Ronald was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job troubleshooting our old dishwasher and then installing a new one. His price was very fair. Will hire him again!

Two things a person needs:1) A reliable Auto Mechanic you can always go to-and 2) A reliable Appliance Repairman... I called Ronald two different instances:for my Washing Machine and for my Garbage Disposal, and both times he came in and did the job with ease. He came out the same day on a Saturday and repaired our dryer. He's very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. He also charged a fair price. We will be definitely using him for all of our appliance repair needs.

Ronald went the extra mile in diagnosing what was wrong with my Maytag refrigerator. Where many would have taken the easy way out (and more expensive) just ordering parts, he researched the problem and discovered that what it needed was simpler and less costly! That extra effort was greatly appreciated! And the charge was reasonable.

When I hired Ronald, he came to the house when promised. He got my refrigerator up and running, but had to get parts which he installed the next day. His service is unmatched. Ours was a small job and he gave us a fair price.

Ronald was on time, very professional and personal and repaired my GE dishwasher, which was only 4 years old and rarely used. He was very persistent to identify the issue which turned out to need a control board reset which could only be done by contacting GE directly and them providing a reset code. Ronald's previous GE experience came in handy. Lastly, his rate was about 19% less than other quotes I received. I so glad and thankful I gave this small business owner a chance. I now have his number on speed dial and wont hesitate to call him for future appliance needs. As you have probably read other reviews, he truly cares about customer service and will work to resolve any customer service issues (anything less than 4 stars). Give this small business owner a chance, he delivered on his commitment better than some of these 'bigger' businesses which may have charged me 19% more!!!
