See above. ***UPDATE*** After speaking with the owners of the company, we were able to clear up the misunderstanding and our system has since been updated. The new system is functioning perfectly and we are very happy with the outcome. We were treated very professionally and will continue to use this company in the future and recommend them to others.
Description of Work: The owner of pristine water told us he could keep our rain soft equipment up and running. He is not a rainsoft dealer which his dad was before he died. we did not know about his passing and when we needed service we called his number and got his son. After spending at least $1200.00 our equipment is not up and running. The last time he was here to fix the equipment, it lasted about a week before it stopped working properly. We have not called him back because it would be a waste of time. The owner is a nice guy but we cannot spend more money on fixing the equipment. He can replace the control with other than rainsoft pasts for $2000.00. What a waste of money! We had the control mechanism replaced at least two times. We also had the neutralizer tank repacked. The problem remains with the control mechanism. We will go elsewhere to replace our equipment.

+ -1 moreWe have used Pristine Water for over 10 years and I have always found them to be honest, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. In addition, Roy Hager, the co-owner with his sister, will inform me about cost savings or new products, but does not push. I had forgotten that with my new water filter, I can change the filters myself, thereby saving me a trip fee. Roy patiently pointed that out to me again this year. I have since put a reminder in my calendar to check the filters earlier and order them from Pristine next year and put the filters in myself. (Roy showed me how.)

Roy, the owner, was able to quickly go through the settings on my water conditioner and reset everything back to the way it was before an extended power outage. My prior company was somehow incapable of that. I will be switching to Pristine for my yearly maintenance.
