Everyone whom I have encountered from Pierpoint Construction has been extremely professional and easy to work with. I have had less than stellar experiences with contractors and home improvement in the past, however Pierpoint exceeded any expectations I have had. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous, and made me feel like a valued customer. They cleaned up behind themselves and did not leave a mess for me to clean up after. The work they did was beautiful and I couldn’t be happier! I was so pleased with the first project I hired Pierpoint for, that I had no second thoughts about hiring them for the next project. I feel like I have found my contractor for life!

We had Pierpoint enclose the furnace and water filtration system in our basement. About a 11x14 room. They had a very reasonable estimate and did a very good job in completing the work. I some cases, they went above and beyond in some of the work, very professional and much better quality than the builder of this home.

Description of Work: Built a portico for our front door, replaced front door, and electrical work for outdoor lighting. The work was done in a timely manner, very kind workers, and very professional. Our portico is the beautiful! We gave them a picture of what we wanted and they recreated it. It definitely makes our house stand out. We love it.

Description of Work: We had all the wood trim on the outside of our house covered with aluminum. They also replaced 2 shutters. They had to replace some rotted wood as well. The house looks like new and we don't have to worry about ever having to have it painted again.

Description of Work: Pierpoint replaced an existing sliding glass door with an entry door. Mr. Pierpoint himself was present to conduct the estimate and the best part is, he directed me to the website of the company he uses to select the exact door I wanted. i was concerned about efficiency and the company he uses has great doors. They workers were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. Even though the could't get the job done in one day (not the fault of the company), they finished up superbly the second day. i cannot say enough about this company. I am so glad that I found them and I plan to use them for other projects I have around the house. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Demolished former basement walkout door and patio, old retaining walls and pool area. Installed new basement walk-up, fully enclosed. Filled in low areas of property, seeded yard. Replaced roofing plywood and shingles. Replaced gutters and downspouts, routed downspouts into 4" buried PVC pipes. Installed laundry sink with pump in basement. Rerouted sump pump discharge line into 4" buried PVC pipe.

Description of Work: We had an estimate done for our basement to be finished. They responded immediately to our inquiry and arrived on time for the estimate. The estimate took a week to receive by mail, that was my only complaint. Would of rather received it by email to get it sooner.
