Excellent experience working with a highly skilled team of professionals. Pierpoint Construction worked with us to change an the aging master bathroom layout to a wonderfully modern, bright, and practical master bath. The old shower is now a spa-like double shower with seat and niche. The old tub is now a modern freestanding tub with floor standing faucets and shower fixture. The two individual vanities were replaced with one single wide vanity. And the floor and wall tiles were replaced with better quality materials. We got our dream bath. Thank you Pierpoint, you have the best craftsmen!

This was the third time I used Pierpoint Construction and as before, it was a great experience! The price was reasonable, the quality was excellent, the wait was minimal, and it was completed in a day.

This company is very professional. Todd Pierpoint is honest, knowledgeable and stands behind his work. This is the second time I have used Pierpoint Construction. Kimberly Pierpoint is the key communicator, scheduling the arrival of workers, the selection of materials, etc. She is prompt and provides helpful information to aid in decision-making. All of the workers Todd has used on my jobs have been outstanding. They treat my house like their house. They are prompt, eager to explain their process/answer questions, and update me with their progress. The best part about this job is that my door no longer leaks and I can attest to that 8 months (and several storms) after the job was done! I will hire Pierpoint Construction again. Their prices are higher, but they save me money by doing the job right. They were the third company to try to fix my leaky door. Todd Pierpoint did not want to fix someone else's work so starting from scratch with an empty door frame and a new door was the best approach. I am a happy homeowner because now I can replace my flooring without fear that it will be ruined by a leaky door.

The contractor was easy to work with, professional, and completed the work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. The results is just what we were hoping for.

Pierpoint Construction does everything with excellence and attention to detail. Their employees and subcontractors are very trustworthy and I never hesitated to leave them in the house which saved me from having to take time off of work. Since we had never done any type of extensive renovation it was a new experience for us, but they were very good at outlining the timeline for the jobs and keeping us updated on any changes. The materials that they use are very high quality. At the end of each day we would come home to a clean house - or as clean as possible - as they sweep and clean up every day. We would highly recommend Pierpoint Construction.

Prompt response. Solid estimate. Top notch work - retiled floor, shower and surround. Installed new shower enclosure. Uses subcontractors. Addressed issue with subcontractor promptly to our complete satisfaction. Excellent value.

They did a wonderful job! they were on time, helpful in making decision and very accommodating to our busy schedule. They work with my son remotely to keep him informed and used various means to help him understand and guide the design.

We had been having water pressure issues since moving back in to the house last summer. At the initial inspection, the technician found that the water valve was not quite all the way open. When the valve was opened completely, the pressure was a little better but still fluctuated and had entirely too much pressure in the lines. At that point we decided, with the age of all plumbing concerned, to replace the pressure valve and update the shut-off. Over the last 10 years Pierpoint has become my "go to" for all things around the home that involves major repairs. As always, they were extremely prompt and professional!!

In one word, amazing! The Pierpoint team was extremely professional, polite, and always respectfull of the family and our house. I have to admit I was very nervous, this being our first major renovation project, but Pierpoint made the two month project very stress free and enjoyable. The team showed up everyday (all the neighbors were very impressed) and worked hard each and every day. They cleaned up at the end of each day no matter what, and left the house in as livable condition as possible. The team was so polite and respectful they now feel like family. Additionally, they quickly gained our trust and confidence and we had no concerns providing them the keys to our house so they could work while we were gone and never once was worried about their professionalism or integrity. We cannot thank them enough for not only the amazing finished product, but also how enjoyable they were to work with during the project. We absolutely love our new kitchen and dining room! We have had many other minor projects around the house done in the past by other contractors (some with very negative experiences), but we could not have asked for more with this major project from Pierpoint. We have found our contractor for all future projects around the house! We cannot express enough our sincere gratitude to the entire Pierpoint team!

Getting the estimate was a breeze. Todd, the owner, showed up as expected and provided me with his vision for correcting the leaking front porch. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and told me I would have a written estimate within a couple of days. He asked how I heard about his company and I told him Angie's List. The estimate arrived as planned and I agreed to the terms. Now the problems start..... I had to pester the front office to get a start date. I had several other projects being planned and was hoping that Amanda and/or Kim from the front office of Pierpoint could give me a start date. All I got was they were busy and they would have to talk with Todd to figure out where they could fill me in. I was told that they would keep in touch and let me know a start date. I was driving to work a couple of weeks later and received an email from Amanda at Pierpoint which stated the work would be done on my house that day at 11:00 AM.... What business contacts the customer the day of the install? This was unsat and I called to reschedule as this date conflicted with another project. When asked about another date, I was told the owner was out of town until 10 July and that the front office could not schedule me until the owner returned. At this point, I told the front office to pencil me in for August and if they could not accommodate, I would take my business elsewhere. I was asked to provide them dates of my projects so they could work around my schedule... The problem was I need a scheduling date from them so I could set up my many other projects. I was returning from vacation on 18 July when I received a phone call from Amanda, she stated the work could be done on 21 and 22 July. Finally!!!! I agreed and the crew showed up on 21 July. My wife stayed home on 21 July to pay the 50% deposit for the work. The workers had no idea how much money they were to collect and called the front office to obtain the amount. The workers reported to my wife that the front office would call us and let us know how much we were to pay. The call never happened..... As a matter of fact, it was an email that came after the workers had left for the day. The work performed was not bad, but I was not there to see what was actually done, if wood or the structure had to be replaced or not. And, I never received info on this topic as well. When I came home after the work was completed, there was debris in my driveway, nails in my landscaping, sharp shards of metal on the sidewalk, and cigarette butts on the ground around the job cite. When they removed the crushed stone/rock from the old roof, they tossed it in my woods rather than pack it up and remove it. I was not pleased with the professionalism. I instantly complained and Todd the owner came out to clean up the mess. He did remove the rocks and some debris, but my wife and I filled a small trashcan with debris in the landscaping. In closing, Todd was a pleasure to work with. The front office staff, scheduling, and professionalism of the workers needs much improvement. I will not use this company again, nor will I recommend to friends or neighbors.

Mr. Pierpoint promised that the estimate would be completed that week. I waited two weeks and heard nothing. I then contacted them again and they told me I would have it soon. A month went by with no word so I contacted them again. This time I was told that Mr. Pierpoint was on vacation and would get back to me around the end of July. I couldn't imagine hiring this company to do any work. They can't even do a simple quote on time.

They are quick and they do quality work, but they are not the cheapest. I had a problem with water coming in my home and once I told him about the scenario, he immediately knew what it was and gave me an estimate to fix the problem. I was impressed that he immediately knew what the problem was.

The workers showed up on time on the days that they said they would come, as did their tile and plumbing subcontractors. Our house was built in the 70's and we needed to have the master bath upgraded from an old single piece tub/shower combo to a large tiled walk-in shower with a bench. We also had them install a new double vanity and add built in shelves in addition to installing fixture and painting throughout. They also installed a new comfort toilet and painted both rooms of the master bath. Further, they installed new vanities, fixtures, mirrors and paint in the other two baths. Of note: we did not have them put in new tile on the floors, as we had had that done by someone else a couple of years ago. Nevertheless, they avoided any damage to the existing ceramic tiles. One refreshing aspect of their work was that they did not try sell us more than what we wanted. When they ran into issues, they let us know right away and made sure that there were no surprises. When we did the final walk-through, they quickly repaired all the cosmetic issues that we pointed out. JulIf I ever do further work on my house, Pierpoint, Inc. is the company that I'd use.

The Pierpoint team made a task that might be fraught with a number of difficulties proceed smoothly. From the estimate and agreed upon expectations, handled by Todd Pierpoint, to making selections of our preferences, handled by Kim Pierpoint, the leaders of this company are professional, honest and reliable. This attitude transfers to those who work for them; Chip, John and Ronnie not only were skilled workers, but they treated our family with kindness (even helping our dog, who ended up behind a closed bedroom door and couldn't get out!) and treated our home as if it was their own. John cut tile on the porch during a rainstorm, Ronnie promptly returned to replace a sink that he had previously installed, which was found to have a factory defect, and Chip was the penultimate worker, who was here from start to finish, making sure everything was expertly done, and doing much of the work himself. I cannot say enough about how easy this process was because of the company I hired. I hope to renovate another bathroom with them soon.

I thought the work needed was way to expensive compared to other estimates I received who were willing to do the same thing with one exception (adding a closet door). Even if that was not a factor, I would have thought they were way to expensive for me. My bathroom is very small. I had a friend of mines have her bathroom done and it was very upscale with all the trimmings. Her bathroom is twice the size of mines and it cost her only $10,000 to get it done. I don't want fancy or upscale (lack of better term) just nice. So I thought the price was a bit much. I think they are a reputable company, just not for me. Overall, the absolute deciding factor was how many "questions" were asked that I thought were to personal (where do I work, what do I do, etc). I intensely dislike this! Even if the price was great, I would have said, "no" because of that alone! He probably meant no harm, but due to the time we live in, it is a little spooky when people ask you questions such as these that you don't really know. It's not that I can't afford to pay the estimated price, I just choose not to. I want to have both bathrooms done at some point, but not at $24,000 (estimate). My bathrooms are small. If they were larger I could understand. But they are small. Again, I do feel this is a reputable company, but I just didn't want to pay that price for a small bathroom nor do I like personal questions from people I don't really know.

Felt the price was too high for the scope of work. Went with another contractor.

Their quote was higher than another quote that I received. They were fine. They were very professional. They seem like a good company.

It was great! Quality work. The owner came every day to check on things. Clean up at the end of each day was perfect. Any time I had any questions, they were answered. I can't say enough about this company!
