Description of Work: The company has been to our house several times to repair a variety of plumbing mishaps.

Description of Work: We had Haynes plumbing troubleshoot a gas leak on a patio grill that was improperly installed by a contractor. In addition, we had Haynes plumbing add a recirculation pump on our hot water system to provide better flow to the upper bedrooms. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Haynes plumbing. John and his crew were very professional, responsive and very detail oriented and were very neat. We enjoyed working with Haynes plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of plumbing work. We had an estimate from our builder's plumber and Haynes was below this estimate by about 15%. Very pleased in McLean. Keep up the good work John.

Description of Work: The company responded timely even it is a short notice. More impressive was that the repair person came to the house, checked the problem, gave me an estimate of a new sum pump but told me I did not need to replace the old pump just yet. This kind of honesty and service is hard to find these days. I am definitely going back to them when I need a new pump.

Description of Work: Wonderful experience. We had a list of minor items around the house that needed to get done. From working with Suzette on the phone to describe what we need and to schedule the work to the actual work, everything was fast efficient and came in under budget. We'll definitely call again.

Description of Work: I selected Haynes Plumbing after reviewing a number of reviews of plumbers on Angies List. I called and spoke with Suzette and told heer that the kitchen sink was clogged and I needed to have someone come by to check it out and see if we could have the problem fixed. We set up an appointment and Patrick came to the house right on time. I explained the situation to him and he said he thought he could go up on the roof and put a snake down the roof vent and hopefully take care of the problem. After about 20-25 minutes Patrick came back down and said that he had put the snake down about 49 feet and he thought the drain was cleared. We ran the water in the kitchen sink for about 15 minutes and there was no backup. I thanked Patrick for his help and paid the invoice and he was off. Two days later however, the problem came back. I called Suzette and explained the situation and she checked with Patrick and he said he could come back the next day which was fine with me. The next day Patrick was back on my roof, this time with a longer snake. He went down 80 feet this time and when he was finished we again ran the water in the sink, this time for about 25 minutes. No backup. Anyway I fully expected another invoice, but Patrick just said that hopefully the problem has been taken care of, but if it starts up again just give him a call and he would be back. Needless to say I was very pleased with Patrick, Suzette, and Haynes Plumbing. Patrick is very professional and also has a great personality. While we were waiting to see if the clog was fixed we discussed things like our kids, sports and where we were from, I would highly recommend Haynes plumbing and will definitely use them again if the need arises. I thought the price was very fair. I expected it to be more. It was a definitely a pleasant experience.

Description of Work: Patrick and his crew did a great job replacing our 75 gallon power vent water heater, and identifying a small leak problem we were having in one of the bathrooms. They were very professional and clean, and honest. Will definitely use them again if we need plumbing services.

Description of Work: I contacted Haynes to schedule a time for them to come to my home to determine if a plumbing leak was causing foul odors in my house. The techinians arrived exactly on time. They were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They went through each room having a plumbing fixture, visually traced all piping and vents, and fully assessed the condition of my system. They were honest and straightforward, expalining why they thought there was not a plumbing problem, what further tests could be done, and their cost. In one bathroom where the toilet had been removed for flooring replacement I thought there was evidence of need for major plumbing rework. They indicated that was not the case. To know they could have done otherwise but didn't is truly refreshing. I will ALWAYs go to them for all my future plumbing work.

Description of Work: Called on a wednesday to schedule a new dishwasher disposal install. They priced us a flat rate over the phone of $350 and scheduled us on that Friday morning between 8:00am and 9:00am. John Haynes showed up on time and performed the work within 45 minutes, was polite and gave us a Angie's list coupon. Total bill was $330.00. Would recommend this company

Description of Work: After finding a puddle on my kitchen floor, I was looking for a plumber who could fix a pipe that was badly placed under a sliding drawer. Haynes was able to send someone out the next day to do the repair. We were able to have another minor repair done at during the same service call and request an estimate for further work on a project that we are planning for the future. The plumber was very courteous, professional and prompt. The price was very reasonable for the work performed. Overall a great experience.

Description of Work: We had a clogged sink drain and despite our own snaking efforts, we couldn't clear it. We called Haynes and they came within the next day or two and took care of it very quickly.

Description of Work: Leaking kitchen faucet hours before 10 folks for dinner. Called and they had a technician in area. They called to say on their way. Arrived promptly with foot covers over shoes (yea!!). Diagnosed problem and fixed leak with in 20 minutes as had supplies in their truck. Very cheerful and pleasant men to work with. The professionalism and knowledge were stellar. I would recommend this company to anyone.They fixed my hot water system and a commode.

Description of Work: Based on his excellent ratings, I hoped that he could install a tile floor for me. He didn't do that type of work. I asked him for prices on some plumbing jobs and the prices seemed reasonable. Mr Haynes was very polite and helpful. I would recommend and use him for plumbing jobs.

Description of Work: They did a superior job. The owner John Haynes and his helper came out to put in a new water heater. Also, I had recently learned that my car needed a new tire. He and his helper put the spare on for me. Incredible! Just as pleasant and efficient as we could have hoped for.
