Haynes sent a master technician out the same day I called to repair a gas leak in the crawlspace under the house. He clearly knew what he was doing. Showed me the kinked line, discussed what likely caused it, and kept me informed as he worked. He was speedy, friendly, and professional. Though I did not compare with other plumbers, the price seemed reasonable. This is the second time I've used Haynes for gas line work and I'll definitely call them again. Highly recommended.

I was really happy with the work that Haynes Plumbing did for us. We had a lot of work to be done, including wanting a water usage monitoring system. They did research to help us find the right solution for our needs. They notified us when they were on the way and were punctual. Our old gas water heater was damaged in a flood and needed to be replaced. We decided we wanted to install a more energy efficient electric hybrid (heat pump) heater. Keith from Haynes Plumbing came out the day after we called and gave us a reasonable estimate. When we purchased the heater we wanted, the store said it would take over a week to deliver it, which was unacceptable as we had already gone without hot water for weeks. Keith picked the water heater up from the store for us for the same cost as the store delivery charge within just a few days, and managed to install it in a VERY tight space (it turned out to be several inches taller than our old heater), drained and disposed of the old heater, and left the place spotless. He also accepted an Angie's List discount which I wasn't sure would apply. Overall, we are very happy with the service and will use them again.

Responded as soon they opened to my plea for help with a ceiling leak. Also able to fit me in that same day, very communicative. Assessed the issue and identified the leak source with 45 minutes.

They provided a quote in 3 to 4 days. Lee was courteous, professional and punctual in his work. He also patiently waited for an hour for the gas range to arrive. When requested, he also checked the sump pump.

I was unexpectedly home today, so I called Haynes Plumbing to ask whether they had any openings today. They assured me that they could accommodate me (even though this was not an emergency). The plumber who came out was named Keith. He told me he could probably repair the existing outdoor spigot instead of replacing the entire thing (and having to tear up drywall). He did a great job on both the disposal replacement and the spigot repair. He worked quietly, professionally, and cleanly. This was a good experience and I will definitely consider Haynes Plumbing LLC in the future. The cost listed here includes the cost of the in-sink disposal itself. The cost was a little higher than I'd like, but I'm glad I had the work done.

Keith arrived on time and explained what he could do to replace two outside hose bibbs, one of which was leaking and the other which came off the through-the-wall copper tubing. I had tried to open the leaking bibb to replace the seal, but was not able to because the metal parts had frozen together. He explained that if he could not open it with his tools, he would have to remove it from inside the house which would mean cutting a hole in the dry wall. Fortunately he could open the valve and replace the seal, saving me cost and a headache to replace the drywall. I also asked him to replace the winter shut-off valves, one of which was leaking. Keith replaced these 45 year old stem valves with new bleedable ball valves. The job went well and was completed in 1 1/2 hours.

Old house ...real old pipes ...working on a permanent fix ...but so far all good

Called because I thought something was wrong with my sump pump. He confirmed, "no, it's working great. Nothing to worry about." He could have sold us a new one, no problem. Honest, forthright. This is my new plumber from now on.
