Description of Work: Sump pump stopped working. Was able to schedule a non-emergency appointment within 24 hours. Showed up with 2 people, rapidly diagnosed issue with sump pump and the check valve. Had a pump on the truck and had it installed and working within 2 hours. Great service, professional technicians.

Description of Work: Identified leak in kitchen faucet. Didn't have the part avaiable. Pointed out that parts for our faucet had a lifetime warranty so we got the parts free from the manufacturer. Showed us how to replace the part ourselves which we did. Came back to adjust bathroom faucets once we received the free parts from the manufacturer. Excellent service. Highly recommend them and will use again when we need plumbing work. |

Description of Work: I accidentally dropped and flushed! my glasses down the toilet. From the reviews in Angie's List I knew that the plumbers I needed to call was Haynes. Russell Furr got them out and left my bathroom looking like no one had been in there. Haynes sent a very affable representative and I would ask for him should I need a plumber's service in the future.

Description of Work: I called Haynes to do some installation work - install a new faucet in half-bath on lst floor and install faucet and shower heads in the upstairs bathroom with materials that I furnished. The plumber advised that the shower faucet could not be installed without ripping out the tiles on the shower stall wall because that wall was an exterior wall. Made sense, and he did change the shower heads and installed the faucet in the half-bath. He worked at a good pace and professionally. He was done in less than one hour. I thought the price was a little high for the difficulty-level of the project, but I was fully satisfied with the quality of the work done..

Description of Work: Change the toilet valve(toilet was running,tighten the other toilet handle, and replace the owner supplied Delta spray for the kitchen sink. Done very quickly. The visit charge is high but the work is done well.Neat,clean and prompt. This is the second or third time I've used them,gave their name to my neighbor.
