Haynes sent an experienced technician, and he found the problem quickly. He gave a complete estimate, found a low cost solution to an additional code violation he found, and returned to do the work quickly, leaving my space clean and usable. I recommend them highly!

Have used Haynes before and as then with this service am a very satisfied customer. Parts were ordered and Dan was great to work with. He knows what he is doing, is professional and friendly. I plan to use them in the future and recommend them highly.

Dan arrived promptly and thoroughly explained the cause of the leak and options for repair. He was extremely professional and made a conscious effort to limit the size of the hole he needed to cut in the wall under the sink. We were pleased with the service and will absolutely use them again.

Haynes was fantastic! The team got us scheduled very quickly. The tech was on time, was super careful in minimizing the impact of the pipe on the drywall, and consulted with us on exactly how we wanted to route the pipe.

The Haynes plumbers did an excellent and thorough job, completing all the repairs in an hour. We have an old house so all our systems are well-worn and challenging (kinda like the owners) but the Haynes plumbers did a great job. They were also very polite and professional. They called well ahead of time, as promised so we could put our large, loud dogs out of the way. Highly recommend this company.

It went extremely well. Came within an hour of us calling (if not sooner); went through what was needed - we knew we needed a new hot water heater - the old one was very old. Price is very reasonable. In and out within 3 hours. Could not have been happier with this experience!

Prior to calling Haynes plumbing, I had gotten an estimate from another Angie's list highly rated company (Kramer and Sons) to repair two frost free hose bibs. Kramer estimated $600 with a 30 day warrantee on the work. It seemed like a lot to me so I decided to try Haynes. The Haynes plumber, Lee, came right on time and fixed both hose bibs for $185, with a 90 day warrantee on the work. Lee was very efficient and pleasant. I would highly recommend him. Of course, the proof is in how well the repairs hold up over time, and I will revise my review if there are any issues. But I'm so glad I called Haynes and saved a lot of money!

Customer service was excellent. The company made sure I had the building manager lined up to turn the building water off/on to do the work and then test it. They called on their way over and upon completing the job to provide status. I was able to pay with credit card over the phone the next day. Extremely good price - beat a "group rate" that out condo association had lined up by over $100.

Haynes gets my vote. They will do all my future plumbing work. Great professionalism and best price. They installed the gas line without the least disruption to the sheetrock in the ceiling. Others had said they would probably have to remove some of the ceiling sheetrock to run the line. They did a great, quality job and totally cleaned up before they left. Lee from Haynes worked with me extremely well before and during the job. Couldn't be happier.

They were very responsive. I called that day and they came out to replace a sump pump. It may be the time of the year but they kept their word when they could come and were very easy to work with. As I was not there, they called me to keep me informed of the issues and explained the work that they performed. I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone! I called Haynes this afternoon when I noticed my sump pump wasn't running despite both massive snow melt AND rain. They immediately got me a slot for the next day, for which I was grateful. However, they called back less than an hour later and asked if it would be convenient for one of their plumbers to come right then. Twenty minutes later, my sump pump was officially declared dead and a new Zoeller model was going in. The gentlemen who came to my home were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and informative. I will absolutely use Haynes Plumbing as our primary plumbers going forward. They were GREAT!

We were pleased with our overall experience with Haynes Plumbing. We had received other quotes, and John provided better ideas at a lower cost. John and his team were professional and showed up as scheduled. We would use Haynes Plumbing again if needed.

They were on time and very professional. If you looking for a plumbing company that returns phone calls, does what they say, at the price they quote, you owe yourself a phone call to them.

It was a $50 service call and he immediately knew what the problem was. A few minutes later with the replacement of the aerator, the faucet was back to normal operation. The technician did not gouge me for extra as he explained, he wants us to remain loyal customers of his. And now that this is about our third time using Haynes, I think we are. They have never disappointed.

Haynes came out the same day I called. They were very courteous, responsive and professional. Prices were reasonable and were slightly lower than the other service providers I had called. I would definitely recommend them.

What a great experience!! I called and they scheduled just two days away. Then they had a cancellation and called to see if the sooner time was convenient. They came out right on time, Lee called in advance with a heads up of arrival time. He went right to work looking at the situation, keeping me updated on what the problem could be. Then notified me of the needed repairs and cost before he started working. He was in and out in about an hour with everything good to go. Highly recommend this company and I will be using them again when needed!!!

Lee arrived ahead of schedule and fixed the leaking faucet within 15 minutes after I had three prior plumbers out recommending replacing handles and whole sink unit. Professional and courteous. Will definitely use for future issues. Awaiting invoice hence the $0 charge.

Requested Haynes to come out and see if they could repair Garbage Disposal. Said no and they recommended new Garbage Disposal. Price for installation was $375. As Thanksgiving was the next day, acquiesced to price, but after further investigation, the same unit installed by Home Depot or another provider would have been about half the cost. While they do good work, their prices tend to be high (this is our second service call). Lesson learned and we probably will be going in a different direction next time...

Quality was fine, but $525 for <1 hour of service for a relatively straightforward job with the fixtures provided by us was WAY overpriced. I have had another local plumber do 3+ hours on a much more involved disposal replacement/dishwasher install project for under $400 in the last 6 months.

Lee at Haynes Plumbing is honest and does excellent work. He doesn't cut corners and is very professional. Will always use Haynes so long as Lee is there. I thought the price was too high for the work completed except that Lee is worth every penny.

Had a strong smell of gas in my condo the gas company came out and pin pointed the stove. The gas company red tagged my stove and disconnected it. Called a few companies to come fix it and Haynes was by far the most responsive. They came out within 3 hours, fixed the problem, and were extremely professional. The service tech was great; he explained the problem and how he was fixing it.

John and Andy were terrific. They both showed up right on time, were very knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything that they would do, and prepped all work areas with drop cloths. The installation went seamlessly, and they were not only far faster than I would have expected, but the installation was extremely clean, seamless, and did not damage any of the surrounding drywall as I had originally feared. I still have no idea how they managed to make that work! I would recommend them as highly as I possibly could. I've dealt with other contractors before, and none have come close to the level of skill and responsibility that I saw today.
