The original patio had a sun room addition built over the patio which only left a patio of 3' by 11'. Out of all the estimates we received, American Custom Hardscapes was the most reasonable. And what really stood out was the estimators ideas on how the patio could be constructed to blend in with the existing patio. Once the construction commenced everything fell into place perfectly. As the lead workers stated for all of them, "I want you to be very proud of this patio and I'm making it as though it was my own." "I sure was hoping to post a better review here for Blue Ridge Landscaping, however that is not the case based on the events that have unfolded. My handicapped mother and I split the cost of privacy trees for our new house. Over $6500 in total and all we have asked Steve to come back and fix the ones that have blown over. We paid an extra amount for him to come out and put stakes in the ground after they were initially installed, but they didn't seem to hold up. When he left that day he said "If you or your mom need anything, please call me". He seemed sincere, so Ididn't worry. Well we since have called and texted many times as the trees are sideways as you can see from the pictures. The only response I got was "Ok" one time and never heard from him or BRLS again. We got this referral from a local person and thought based on the google reviews, we should be good to go."
