Called Apple, made an appointment. Repairman arrived on time and knew what he was doing. Stated new parts were required to complete repairs at which point I provided approval to order them. Approx 3 days later the parts arrived and he called to set an appointment. This was on a Fri, and I happened to be home. He indicated he would arrive NLT 3:00 P.M. which he did. After installing the parts, the water dispenser and icemaker worked like new. Highly recommend Apple Appliance Service, Inc.

Went great. Ordered the part, was back a few days later and made the repair. Very courteous, professional. Would use again.

I highly recommend Apple Appliance.He came highly recommended by not only by Angie's List but also by my neighbors. He was very punctual and was in and out in about 20 minutes. I called him the evening of the 23rd and he was here to fix the washer at 8 the next morning.

I called to see if they could come look at our stove. They weren't available until a couple days later, but he asked about the problem and gave me a self-help suggestion, which in fact worked out so we didn't need to repair it after all. HOW rarely do you find someone with that kind of ethics in business anymore--to ask about the problem and suggest what you can try yourself to save a repair job??? Impressed me so much that I had to post a review for this non-incident (we have also used them for previous repair, which was also a positive experience).

-- suspected off the bat that the issue was not the fan element but the circuit board, and suggested swapping in a new one to see if that fixed things (since it would only take a few mins), rather than spend much time taking apart the innards first. Totally right on--that was in fact the problem. Bonus-- he was in our area finishing up another job when I called and offered to fit us in since he was so close. Was there in 10 mins or less and our problem was fixed in just a little more. Could not have been more pleasant, professional or accommodating!

Due to age of refrigerator we decided to replace it.

The motor in our 15 year old Sears Kenmore dryer went out on Sunday. Called Apple Appliance Service, based on the reviews here, Monday morning and he offered to come out the same day. My wife and I were both at work, so we scheduled for Tuesday. He came out, diagnosed the problem and said he'd have to order the motor. Said it'd take a day, maybe two, to get the part. Got a call from my son on Wednesday, saying he had come back and fixed the dryer. Works like new! Great guy, great service, quick response, problem solved. What more can you ask for?

My washing machine stopped spinning cycle and would not drain water from clothing. I called 3 local companies and nobody called me back or had a human to answer the phone! So the next morning in desperation as the laundry stacking up, I called Apple Appliance Service. To my surprise a human being answered the phone! He said he would be here in the late morning or very early afternoon. It was 10:26 AM and he was here by 11:00! He came in and saw the problem, gave me the cost and did the job in about 20 min. He cleaned up afterwards and did a swift and perfect job! What a wonderful experience! They will return when a small part that he didn't have is ordered. But the machine is working just fine now. The small part isn't needed for the machines performance.

Always responsive and repair is done correctly the first time.

Since installation, our new dishwasher purchased from Lowe’s would not complete a cycle. Lowe’s quickly put me in contact with Apple Appliance Serviceto diagnose and repair the problem. - After having diagnosed the issue as a faulty chip in the control panel on the initial service date of July 16th, it took nearly 5 weeks (until August 10th) for Apple to order/receive a replacement part. During this time, I had to continuously follow-up with Apple for a status update on when this part would arrive and when it could be replaced. The receptionist explained it was common for these parts to take weeks to be delivered, however, when speaking to a Lowe’s representative, I was informed that these parts are commonly delivered within a week. - Once the spare part was received, and final service date had been set, (August 14th) my husband took the afternoon off (from 2-5) to be at the house for the repair. Because no one had arrived at our house or called to inform us of lateness, I made several calls to Apple. I finally spoke with the repairman who said he would be able to make the appointment by 6:30PM. Within minutes of this call, I received a final call from the receptionist stating that the repairman had a flat tire, would not be able to make the appointment and that Apple had no openings to come fix our appliance for another week. We decided to no longer use Apple at this point. - Apple’s scheduling system is unlike any other service provider and is not only frustrating but also causes lost work hours for the customer. Apple would provide a date for service, with no specific time frame on that date until the evening before. Therefore, because I could not anticipate a range of time I needed to be in the house, I would have to schedule a full day off work. My workplace, as most, does not allow me to determine the evening before to decidewhen I would be out of the office. This scheduling system caused me to miss 3 full days of work. - Apple’s scheduling system also requires the customer to personally answer this evening phone call which provides the time frame of service. If the customer does not answer that call, s/he must return the call and agree to the service time by 8AM the next morning lest the service be cancelled. My first service call with Apple was cancelled even though, during that weekend, I had left 3 messages with the answering machine. Interestingly, my husband had also spoken personally with the receptionist but we were still cancelled. I only found out that we were cancelled when I called Apple to find out why the repairman was so late. - Because I was so frustrated with this service, the time delays and system which caused me to miss days of work, I requested the receptionist to inform the Manager of the office to call me so that we could discuss my concerns. I left a voice mail for Mr. Perez but did not receive a return call from him at any point in time. - After having decided to finally discontinue service with Apple Appliance, Lowe’s provided us a different contractor, MC Appliance Repair. This company came to our house August 20th (only 2 days after the request), diagnosed the problem as a faulty motor and quickly replaced the motor with a spare on hand. (The repairman stated that this was a common problem and occurred with the majority of new dishwashers.)

It worked out really good and everything is fine. He also checked the leak under our sink and determined that our disposal is cracked and isntalled a new one for us. There was another leak he was aware of, but he doesn't offer plumbing services.

The man who came for Apple Appliance Service was knowledgeable and very straight forward and nice.
