Thank you for using our services. The price you quoted of $450 in your review is different than what we actually charged you. The price we charged you was $345. The $345 included the pumping and digging to get to the lid of your septic tank which was 28" deep. We normally don't dig over 24" but we give the homeowner the option to dig it up themselves or we will dig it up for an additional price. You opted for our service tech to dig it up. [Members Name], I looked at our records and could not find your name or address. I believe you have the wrong company. We have never been to the house that you listed. Not sure what company came to your house, but it was not American Tank Cleaning, Inc. The date that you listed that it was done was July 6, which is a Sunday. We normally don't go out on Sundays and we would not normally charge $300 to pump a septic tank in Stafford County. If I am mistaken, please give us a call to discuss further.
