As a first time home buyer, Accurate Home Inspections was recommended by my Realtor. Fred arrived 30 mins early and was armed with technology to photograph discrepancies and provide a detailed report within 24 hrs. He was very thorough, detailing each line item of contract/services provided and explaining functions of home systems. Fred was personable, patient, and eager to answer questions.

He was very thorough and made no bad remarks about the builder, in fact he stated that the house was very well constructed.

Very Well. Fred did the "boring" part of the inspection first and then asked me to join him and was very detailed in his explanation. He is also very knowledgable about homes and their construction. Unfortunately, the home sale did not go through because the seller was unwilling to negotiate the items we wanted fixed, but the best part was finding a quality inspector. Great! He was early and had already looked around so when I got there he was able to tell and show me somethings while we waited for my agent who was late. He was very easy going especially since we were late getting into the house and the agent forgot to tell him we wanted Radon test done too so he even had to make a second trip to the house later that day! He explained everything to me in way I could understand but also was good about not talking down to me. I felt confident that he found all the issues in the house and that I would be safe once we got the problems fixed.
