After moving in house, found out that home inspection was not execute well. Many obvious figures that should be caught and noted, but lousy inspection made us to fixIng the pre-existing issues that the seller hid. Obvious and visible Cracks on basement wall under deck existed, but inspector did not bother to look or crawl there which resulted in thousands dollars to repair. This company claimed that they are well known experts on inspection but the truth to be told that they only doing minimum work and cover their mistakes. Not recommending this company to do home inspection on your behalf. You will be regretting big times

Fred performed a very thorough inspection from crawlspace to the attic. He was able to educate us on details and functions of our new home that we would have otherwise not known. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of home construction and building codes and is able to point out potential problems, even if it’s not a current issue. He provided us a great report that’s easy to read and lots of photos. The report contained only Pertinent information and it was not bogged down with trivial complaints (keeps the seller happy). Our realtor recommended Fred and has been working with him for +-20 years. Overall, highly recommend for a new home inspection - Thanks Fred!

The inspection went very well. Paul did the inspection of a condo I hope to close on soon (1 bd, 1.5 bth, 1,013 sq. ft.). He was on time, was very thorough, and explained the process very clearly. During the inspection, he pointed out various items for me to know of throughout the condo. Being a first-time homebuyer, this was greatly appreciated. After the inspection was complete, Paul provided a document by email of everything he saw during the inspection, which included detailed photos. He went over everything he saw and explained in detail some of the items he saw needed attention (repair, replacement, worked but not sure for how much longer, etc.), as well as all items that were working perfectly.
