TJ our inspector was awesome. He answered all of our questions happily. The water was not turned on while we were there for the inspection so he made sure to go back as soon as it got turned on by the county and give us our whole report by the next day. We would definitely recommend them, they are great!

Fred arrived a few minutes early and did a very thorough inspection. He was patient, provided discussion on any problems, and continuously asked me if I had any questions as we moved throughout my house from the attic to the basement. The summary report he sent me at the end was very helpful as I used it as a punch list of items to take care of before listing my home for sale on the market. I would gladly hire his services for future home inspections.

Inspector was professional and did a good job slowly going through each part of the inside and outside of the house. He was patient with all of my questions and provided recommendations based on his expertise. Sent a comprehensive report the following morning with detailed and clear pictures of every aspect of the home. Radon was detected during the test and they provided solutions to the issue should we need it.

Very smoothly. Walked through the process so we knew what was going on, and after having a chance to walk through himself, he did another trip through the house and grounds to show us his findings. He was able to speak to our level of understanding without making anything too technical.

I couldn't have asked for a nice guy to do my inspection. Fred was amazing. He walked through the house and step by step involved me in the process. He explain everything very well and made sure I understood. Being a first home buyer that meant alot. He was recommended to me and I would recommend him to anyone for sure!

I've worked with several home inspectors. Fred provided a "first glance" good job but later, after I moved to the house, I realized that a number of items had not been identified in the review. He missed that the dryer does not work well, the door bell did not work and that several toilets do not flush well. He also conducted a radon test that gave results that were inaccurate. Later, I had to follow up with another radon test that evidenced that the radon test results are higher than his tools indicated. When working with other home inspectors, I've paid more other times, and I had the confidence that they would take as much time as needed to do a good job. On the good side, Fred was punctual and responsive to my questions and made good suggestions about what to do with the house.

The inspector was therected before we were. He inspected the house independently as we walked with the builder. Once we were done we walked through again with the inspector who gave us a detailed look at our home and how it was being built. He then provided us a detailed report with pictures in minutes. I feel much better with my new home purchase after having this inspection.

Earl was great. From attic to crawl space, Earl inspected everything. He not only provided a great, professional report, but he also gave this first time home buyer a lot of tips and explanations along the way. A++

It was FANTASTIC!! TJ Henderson was punctual (15 minutes early), personable, and VERY thorough. He answered all of my questions regarding the home's structure, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. He even took the time out to point out some things that may have otherwise gone unnoticed. I was beyond satisfied with the service and the great care and detail he put into the report; which was ready immediately after he concluded his inspection. Provider arrived on time and did a very thorough home inspection after explaining to us what he would inspect (and also what was not inspected). He had all the tools and equipment he needed with him. He took his time and lots of photos to document everything he saw. After his inspection, he walked my real estate agent & me thorough the entire house (inside, outside, overhead & underneath) and pointed out the good and the bad. He answered all out questions. The report was emailed to us quickly (we were on a tight deadline) and with it, I felt confident going into negotiations with the owner. Because of the documentation, the owner did not dispute anything in the report and I was able to negotiate for a reasonable adjustment for the items found. I would recommend and use this business again.
