Accurate Home & Termite Inspections

TJ was awesome! He took a lot of time to answer my many questions and was extremely helpful. I will definitely use him again and recommend the company to others. My realtor was really impressed and will begin recommending him to her clients as well! I realtor told me to expect to pay at least $1,200. However, Accurate Home Inspections completed all the work for less than $800.

I called AHI to schedule a home inspection in Fredericksburg after thoroughly researching for a reputable home inspection company online as I was traveling from another state. AHI had multiple, excellent reviews on Angie's List, RedFin, Google, Yelp, and BBB. I was originally scheduled with one of Fred's other highly qualified inspectors for a Friday, but requested that Fred complete the inspection since the majority of the reviews I had found were written on Fred. Fred was more than willing to accommodate the request and we set the inspection up for a Saturday. Fred's inspection goes above and beyond the requirements. He checks every window and outlet in every room, which VA only requires one per room be checked. He also took the time to explain how all of the appliances worked, where the shutoff valves were, etc. for the gas, electric, water heater. Fred is extremely thorough and knowledgeable beyond belief and could not be stumped on any questions. He's also very personable and sets an open environment to ask questions about the house and the inspection was actually quite enjoyable. I received the report within 5 minutes of completion. Highly recommend.

First ever home inspection for us. Fred was patient in answering all of our probably silly questions and helping us understand how to care for our first home. He arrived before us and was ready to go and very professional through the entire inspection. He used an iPad to efficiently take and fill out our information and take photos for our reference. The report was completed and ready for us to review at the end of the inspection and was sent to our email immediately. Will definitely be using his services again whenever we need help.

T.J. Henderson was the technician that performed my home, well, and termite inspections. He was prompt and professional during the inspections. He thoroughly explained what each inspection entails and the limitations incurred. As a courtesy, he gave me exceptional feedback on my unfinished guest house and what I needed to consider. It went well. Brad was very courteous and explained the process up front, heard my questions and responded to them patiently. He even indicated I could call him after the inspection if I come across a question that I didn't think of at the time. I would strongly recommend Brad for home inspection.

The home was in good condition but the representative did a fine job of explaining how certain things in the home work and noting the things that needed responses by the owner.

When I say awesome I mean it. My guy was excellent he was early not on time but early. Very knowledgeable about his job answered all of my questions without hesitation or saying idk. Great experience
