Description of Work: Mario advised of his estimated itme of arrival about 30 mins. in advance, and cleaned 3 large areas of carpet. Although my carpets are very old, and I requested no special spot treatment, the regular cleaning left them looking much better than I expected. I'd use this service again.

Description of Work: I took advantage of a special to have a specific amount of square footage done but after the carpet dried, I think I could have rented a Rug Doctor and the results would have been just as good.They did get out a number of stains but afterwards there was a large stain in the middle of the living room carpet that wasn't there before. I didn't bother to call them back since I paid so little so I guess I got what I paid for.

Description of Work: Overall the service (cleaning of area rug) performed was adequate. I found the technician to be slightly unprofessional in terms of dress and attitude. Other carpet cleaners I have used make a point to take off their shoes or use shoe protectors - not done by this person. I'm not sure if he used too much water in the cleaning but it took nearly a week to dry when he stated it would be less than 12 hours. This cleaning was of a relatively cheap rug (<$100 purchased 5 years ago) so I wasn't all that particular about the cleaning, but would likely not use them again.

Description of Work: THey cleaned five rooms of carpets, plus stairs, plus small rugs. They were able to come within 24 hours of my original call. They arrived exactly to the minute of their appointment. They identified only one spot that would not be able to be removed. They were correct. All work was performed efficiently in less than 1.5 hours. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I likely won't use another "Big Deal" due to how this went. The gentleman who came initially did not remove stains from the carpet, and also cut corners with the cleaner stretching the hose from the first floor up to the second. When he was done he let go of the hose and it slammed back to the unit, damaging woodwork on our stairs. The owner came back, removed the stains and apologized for the damage. He sent someone to fix it, and the person said that he didn't know how. The damage is still there. I don't remember when this happened, soon after I purchased the deal.
