The neighbor's yard had a whole bunch of wisteria that was spreading onto our property and endangering our trees. The neighbor's property manager arranged for Quality Tree Care to come out and cut the vines. The first time, the guys who came out didn't have access to the yard, only the alleyway. They cut one vine, but that didn't fix the whole problem. We got in touch with Dave, who was super-responsive. He came out himself, and not only did he cut the offending vine, but took it on himself to do some additional things on our behalf -- at no cost. His advice on dealing with some tree problems is practical and designed to save us money, and we're very pleased.

We were very happy. The prices were reasonable. They have a certified arborist with their company as well. They also clean up well.

From the beginning Quality Tree Care was responsive and professional. I had already gotten an estimate from one company who had told me one of the trees had a disease and had to come down. I contacted Quality Tree Care as a second bidder and to determine if the first bid was honest. Quality sent a certified arborist who assessed what I was asking for and independently told me about the diseased tree and that it was a 50/50 shot of living if I treated it rather than remove it. The cost of treatment would have been cheaper than removing it, but not by much when the chances of the tree surviving were only 50/50. My neighbor also decided after Quality had given me an estimate to also have them do some work. Quality gave a very fair estimate, which was much less than my first estimate. They also gave me a 15% discount because I was an Angie's List member, and they extended the discount to my neighbor since the work was to be done the same day. The day of the work they came on time and in two waves. They had a crew large enough to deal with the amount of work required to remove and trim the trees. The second wave came to grind down the stump and lay soil. They were very professional and cleaned up everything. They even explained what to expect a couple of months down the line with the soil settling and creating a hole. Neither I, nor my neighbor can say enough good things about Quality Tree Care. I would use them again without hesitation. I've had mixed results with services through Angie's List, but this one is at the very top. Way to go Quality Tree Care!

They're always great. This time they arrived hours earlier than they thought they'd be able to manage, and were able to remove the tree and grind the stump on the same day. They cleaned up beautifully afterwards.

Everything went great. They were professional, and you could tell they knew what they were doing. I had used them before to remove an old maple tree form the side yard. They did an excellent job both times. I will have them back in the fall to trim my Leland Cypress trees down some.

Quality tree does a great job. Dave & Co. know their business, have a lot of experience and it shows in their work. I have used them for several years and a number of jobs. They show up and finish on time and on budget. They are experts and safe tree trimming and removal as well as tree - shrub pruning and care. I will use them to select and plant some dogwoods in the fall.

As usual, work was performed as promised and I am completely satisfied with the work. I have been using Quality Tree Care for years and am very happy with them. The price quotes are always fair and the work team shows up on the day and time promised. We are always supplied with a copy of their current insurance policy which I think is a nice touch and a good reminder about making sure you do business with an insured service company. The workers always show up wearing clean and professional clothes showing the company logo and they always wear and use all of their protective safety gear. I always feel safe knowing that they go to such measures to be professional through the whole process, which is an important factor to me when cutting down large trees next to our house. I have and will continue to use Quality Tree Care, Inc.
