Very honest and professional contractor. He came and checked the water heater, which unfortunately could not be drained due to its age. So he gave me advice and asked me to get a refund from the website.

Came out twice to replace 2 shower heads. Both times, they came within a couple of hours of receiving the phone call. Very nice & efficient

Came out very quickly (next day). Did minor repairs as requested. Very responsive with email request and question. Called upon completion and reported roof is ok. Preferably would like to get a written report with company and contact info for future service.

Carlos came promptly in response to emergency call and quickly evaluated situation. He provided a quick and detailed estimate that could not be matched by other contractors. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and work crew cleaned up thoroughly afterward.

Service has not been performed yet; as I noted, he is giving an estimate (without charge).

Carlos was on time and appropriately installed the ventilation in compliance with VA residential code. We received other estimates but Carlos was more responsive and prompt with getting us information that we requested including knowledge of VA building codes. His price was much higher than others though (nearly 44% higher).

It was fine. They completed the work in the amount of time that the "Big Deal" was for. I would definitely consider using them again.

We made arrangements for him to come out , and then he didn't show up. Something happened and they couldn't make it. I never had the chance to interact with them because I didn't use the service.

Carols was excellent. He did an excellent job of removing all of the popcorn from the ceilings throughout the house. He also made repairs from water damage and damages to the walls. The job was completed on time, within the original estimate and he always keep us informed on the progress and any problems that he found that needed to be addressed. Carolos and his crew worked everyday until the job was complete, no interruptions from the day he started the job. He also recommended other contractors for work in other areas in our house and we were very pleased with his recommendations.

Carlos and his team are great. Showed up early, got right to business, and painted my library to exact specifications. Carlos stayed right on estimate and budget, and there were no surprises. I have recommended Carlos and his team since having my most recent job performed by Carlos' company, and would do it again. I'll definitely be calling him for my next handyman job and referring him to my friends in need. Great work again you guys.

Carlos was great. I contacted 10 different skilled contractors and ended up going with Carlos because of his great communication skills and flexibility. The other contractors I contacted took several days to reply, or couldn't perform the same work within my budget of $400. Carlos arrived on time, gave me several options in terms of how I wanted the finished product to work, and completed the work on budget and on schedule. He was also very friendly, and just an overall pleasure to work with. When I have additional work to be done around the house, I will definitely contact Carlos for additional services.

I called Carlos, who was friendly and professional, and he was at my house with a workman within the hour. They took care of the problem expeditiously and only charged my $150. They are now on speed dial!

The painting experience could not have been better. Carlos Gonzales, the owner, was present during the entire project. He is extremely polite, friendly, and professional. No effort was too much trouble. He performed to perfection. I recommend him whole heartedly. I might add that his workers were also extremely polite and friendly and obviously enjoyed what they were doing.

Carlos and his team showed up on time, they were very professional. They did a custom baseboard replacement without a hitch, they were friendly with the dog, and I don't think it could have gone more smoothly.

Carlos did excellent on both jobs that we hired him to do. We are very happy with the TV wall mount and the dog door. He was very professional, punctual, and he completed the jobs in a timely fashion. He was also very responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails. We will hire him again for work in the future and we highly recommend him to others.

It was an excellent experience. Carlos came out, gave a very competitive bid, started the work within days and completed on time. He adjusted the original job to add additional wallpaper removal and painting work we requested. He communicated very well with us, notably when he found structural problems in how the ceiling was framed. He took the time to show us and explain the problem and we agreed together on the best solution. The kitchen is beautiful with the new ceiling, the painting and the addition of a skylight. All just slightly more than one week from the date I first called him.

It was a great overall experience. Carlos quickly responded to my email with a quote. He was one of the few places that would do this small of a job. His painter showed up on time and used paint we had left over from doing our door trim. The work looks great. We plan on using them for other interior and exterior work.

Metro was very responsive, professional, and the price was right. Couldn't be happier.
