Reza and Frank were very easy to work with, offering many options and ideas for the preparation of our townhouse for sale. They provided an initial estimate and later a detailed item by item estimate. We stayed within budget - the estimate was 100 percent accurate. Work began quickly and finished within a reasonable time frame. Their work was absolutely beautiful! They replaced flooring including new gleaming hardwood and soft padded carpet. The complete kitchen renovation (cabinets, granite counter tops, lighting, range fan, etc.) turned a stale kitchen into a real beauty - focus for the house! Bathroom upgrades included new tile, fixtures, lighting and vanities. Wiring of new lighting including pulling all permits. Applied fresh paint throughout the whole house quickly and professionally. We will certainly hire them again.

We wanted a basic remodel for our very dated kitchen for a rental property. Metro design was able to work with us and allow us to do some DIY so we could meet our budget requirements. They installed cabinets and granite countertops and provided a slightly different, more convenient layout for our kitchen. They were very quick and professional. I graded a little lower for punctuality because the renovation was delayed a week on account of weather ( winter 2014).

It was a really bad design because it's dark. We couldn't open the bathroom door, something into the dryer. They actually moved the wall and put in a pocket door. He was very conscientious. I would say his work ethics is A plus.

It turned out well. They were very flexible and the price was right. The scheduling was perfect and they worked around my schedule. They got the job done in a timely manner. Their price was very reasonable.

They gave very prompt service. They moved the furniture and put it back where it belonged. They also cleaned up after themselves. They worked very well with my schedule. They got the job done very quickly and each job was done in one day. They gave an explanation that they can’t guarantee to get all the squeaks out of the floors.

They have always exceeded my expectations. They are polite and courteous. The job is done fast and it always looks beautiful. I am a tough critic but I continue to use them for all of my remodeling needs.

The contractors working on installing the carpet and hardwood floors were very professional, courteous, and very meticulous with their work. They don't rush their job and make sure that everything is installed perfectly. The hardwood floors were installed very nicely. We are very satisfied with the job they provided. We have recommended Metro Design to some of our friends.

The most recent project was to upgrade a home that had been a rental property for many years. They were accommodating when it came to scheduling an appointment to measure for the estimates and able to work around my busy schedule. Frank & Reza got back to me right away with the estimates so we were able to move forward quickly and they had wide array of colors/styles at reasonable prices to choose from. The crews that came to work at our home were professional, knowledgeable and always left the home clean and tidy. I was very impressed with the quality of work and their excellent customer service during the entire project (they always got back to me right away when I had a question). Their expertise and advice was invaluable when trying to choose a color for the granite to match our light colored cabinets, the kitchen was absolutely stunning when they were finished. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home.

My husband and I wanted to get hardwood floors in our new house so our realtor recommended Metro Design. Reza came over and showed us several samples, I liked most of them. He was pleasant and professional. He did us a big favor, which I am very grateful for. My husband and I, at the time, could not afford to install the hardwood floors because we were moving and had many other expenses. We wanted to pay for our floors with our credit card but we were afraid that with a large purchase, the settlement may not go through. (You're not supposed to make large purchases on credit right before you buy a house). We told Reza this and he took a gamble on us anyway. He went ahead and ordered all the necessary parts to have our floors installed, even though we didn't pay him a penny up front. We did agree that if for some reason we didn't get the house, we'd pay to have the items shipped back. In the past I have never been overly impressed with floors, but I must say his team did beautiful work. Visitors always tell us we have beautiful wood floors. Not to mention, Reza was very patient with me constantly emailing him. There was one minor mishap with scheduling, but Reza made it up to me by installing the door to the basement for free.

Metro Design finished all the work in a very short period of time and everything was done very well. The crew worked in the house during the day while I was at work, they cleaned up afterwards daily, I barely noticed that they were there. The supervisor informed me of the progress by phone. Once the work was completed, the supervisor did quality control and then delivered it to me. I was very pleased with the work, the easy going crew, knowledgeable managers. I have recommended Metro Design to several friends and co-workers.

I hired Metro Design to install carpets at my personal home several months ago. They offered several quality samples, made excellent recommendations on color (based upon my homes natural light, stained trim and wall colors), provided very competitive pricing, showed up on time and left my home clean of debris. Since then, I have had the opportunity to confidently refer Metro Design to several (past and current real estate) client's for carpet replacement and granite installation. these guys were great. they offered us a great price and were very easy to work with. overall, we had a very good experience and have already referred them to our friends and neighbors. we will definitely be using them again.
