Third year in a row - outstanding work. They do it all right. Show up on time, go over what I need, do lots of high quality work, at great price, and they very nice and fun to talk with. I wish every contractor would be like them.

Our lawn looks better than it ever since starting Just Aeration this past spring. Just Aeration did what no other lawn service has been able to - it provided us a beautiful lawn. The company is professional, responsive, and well organized. Their prices are very reasonable, and service is superb.

Excellent. They were done in about 30 minutes. We went over what I should do to help the lawn. They also gave me some instructions about a week before the work.

This went well. My lawn was much thicker a year later, more like a rug, and it looked much more healthy. They were the only lawn specialists who pointed out that soil in my area is "clay-based" and that required continual watering. This was different from the "gardner's" advice on the radio. It worked. They suggested setting up electronic lawn systems with timers. All very good. My only problem is that they failed to fertilize my back yard several time. That lawn has declined.

The service was conducted on time and on schedule. Peter was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend this company for service. I am scheduling additional lawn services for next season.

It went great! Easy transaction. I ordered the service through Angie's list, verified receipt of payment with Patrick and by the time I got home from work the aeration and seeding was completed. The price was fair and the grass seed was in the grass and not all over the driveway. Nice attention to detail.

I have an annual contract with them. I don't know what the cost for any individual service is. I've been paying annually for a few years now. They're reasonable. I did a little shopping around and didn't find anything better. It was pretty positive. Different people come out. It's a company that has 100's of customers. It's probably a team. So I don't see them same people. The guy that manages or owns the company comes out occasionally and he's pretty good. His title is sales manager so he doesn't own the company. They do what they're supposed to do, which is keep my lawn looking half-way decent.

Where's the A+ rating? First, this company is easy to contact and they are responsive. They work with you on exactly what is needed and deliver a contract in advance, plus the ability to pay online. I took advantage of the prepayment discount (since they are responsive, this is not high-risk). They work with weather and scheduling, and turned up on time. They work rapidly, answer any questions you have, and also provide lots of advice and followup to maximize the treatment. (They solved the problem I've had for years with dry soil, explaining that this part of DC has tons of clay in it--not grass-friendly). I highly recommend this company, especially if you're looking for a good solution to past, marginally successful reseeding!

We purchased our home two years ago and had tried to think of ways to get grass to grow in our compacted/partial shade/multidimensional front and back yards. I called their main line and was connected to Patrick who offered to come to our house that evening, which was awesome. He came, looked around, assessed, and gave us the options to fit within our budget and our lifestyle. We decided to go with the year-round maintenance (visits every 2 months or so), with the first treatment at the end of summer involving weed killer application, followed by power raking (in lieu of aeration for our overly thatch-y yard) about two months later, with overall organic treatment in the back and standard treatment in the front. Patrick offered us payment plan options and the discounts we could receive, and have been pleased with the results so far. It has only been four months and we have only really been able to see dead weeds, but the crew came back yesterday for the top-dressing, composting, and seeding treatment and were so professional and courteous. These guys worked while smiling and genuinely enjoying their craft, and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all working from home while they did their work. I'd like to also comment on Mike and the two other gentlemen who even offered to look for my missing engagement ring while they performed their services. One member took the time to scan the yard between each pass of the machine in case it popped up.

First service attacking weeds. He came per schedule, the treatment has started to show its benefit. I understand that it may take multiple treatments. During estimation, he walked the yard with me and explain each of the problems and what he would do. He highlighted a heavily shaded area that will be a challenge.

After a year of treatment, my yard is covered in weeds and large yellow spots. When I communicated this with the team, I got no response.

Great! My lawn started out full of weeds and brown dry spots. We tried to do it ourselves but finally realized we needed professional help. Patrick Henry's Just Aeration did an amazing job transforming my desert like lawn to one that looks like a golf course. They are professional and very reasonably priced. Now my kids and I can enjoy playing in the backyard.

Patrick was prompt in all respects. An estimate was provided the day after I requested it. A fair price quote was provided. Communication was excellent throughout. High quality service across the board. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the best performance at a fair price.

Best lawn service ever. I have had contracts from several big name companies prior and none of them were nearly as good as this one. Highly recommended.

Aweful. The guy showed up without tools needed for the job. No ladder to remove vines from the 1st and 2nd story of the house. Once he got into the vines he realized that it had already grown into the wood fixtures. I asked him to trim them back since he couldn't completely remove them. He sort of removed them but the house is still covered in random vines it looks worse than it did before. The kept trying to leave and I had to keep telling them what about the weeds in the garden. They never cut the front yard either. When I wrote to tell the owner about the poor job done and send him the pictures he said he underestimated the job. But payment in full was still due. Im so sorry that I wasted my money. Please head my advice and not waste yours. The owner seems nice but he has unskilled workers and he can't be bother to even come and survey their work.

The best lawn and aeration service I have hired in the last ten years. Patrick and his crews are the most considerate of homeowners and only crews I've had that don't just "run and gun" from yard to yard as fast as possible..

Working with Patrick was wonderful! He is extremely responsive and his team is very professional and pleasant. Their work was top notch. Had we not moved from the area, we would have kept working with Just Aeration! We really saw some wonderful results and improvements in our lawn.

They had to delay from last fall since the season had changed, but were very good about rescheduling for the spring. The results have been good so far. I will definitely use them again.

They id a good job and tried hard to work around our schedule and the weather.

I first bought aeration from an Angie's List deal. I liked the way JA, Just Aeration, respected my property. JA took their time to do a good job. Afterwards, I asked if they mowed and that I wanted a blade when edging and not to blow debris out on the street. They said yes and two years later, JA still takes care of all my yard. All the men that I've met from JA have been polite and respectful. If I have a question/comment while they are working, they will always turn off whatever machine they are working with to come talk to me. I have never felt they are annoyed or too busy with having to stop what they are doing. to hear what I have to say. I also pay them through PayPal which makes it extremely easy.

They made holes in the lawn like experts. On time, courteous, no complaints.

They are professional and did services as required by the contract.

Very well done, very informative, used appropriate seeds (would have preferred to know seeds before visit though), and answered a couple questions I had after the job. After a few weeks lots of grass grew. Thanks!
