We have used Patrick's crew for several years and they do great work. They send out alerts as to when they will be fertilizing, aeration, seeding, etc and they are VERY well priced for all they do. We have a dog and it is important that the gates are closed --for obvious reasons -- they make sure that our gates are closed when they leave. They blow all the grass clippings off the walk and driveway... and if the weather prevents them from getting there and the grass gets a bit too long... they will bag the grass so as to not leave dead grass all over the place. I was hesitant to have someone else do our lawn care, but after having Patrick and JustAeration do the work... I have determined that the secret to having a beautiful lawn... have someone else who knows what they are doing do it... Unfortunately we are moving out of the area so we will no longer have their services but HIGHLY recommend JustAeration!!

I used a large lawn maintenance company for several years. I changed because they literally ran while weed whacking around the yard. Twice, not once, but twice a worker weed whacked a flower bed even though edging stones were visible. Just Aeration is a small company, which does its work with care and pride. I have used them for several years now, and I would recommend them. I planted clover in my front yard because the space is shady, and Just Aeration is careful not to apply weed killer there. They show up when needed. Good company. They also blew the fall leaves to the street. Again, good job.

Patrick Henry was the best. He did an amazing job and was professional the whole time. He kept me updated as to the progress of the work and always kept me informed about the progress of the job (the job took about 40 hours over the course of a week to complete). In the end, the job was done very well and professionally. Patrick even offered to help install the sprinklers for me! I will definitely use him again in the future for all my landscaping needs.

The team at Just Aeration did a great job. Patrick Henry came out in person and gave a fair estimate. The landscapers showed up on time and performed the work that was scheduled. Communication was good from start to finish. Will use again.

Due to needed work at my home, I thought it good to notify the lawn service so as not to have the service provider underfoot. I asked if we could delay the mowing that is scheduled to begin 2nd week in April and I was told that would be fine... Here we are one week from the start of the mowing season and I am being cancelled wherein the agreement requires a 30 day notice. I am being punished/cancelled with less than seven days from season start. Here I am thinking I am looking out for the service provider in light of extended activities on my property. Instead with no compassion, I am being dropped. This is poor and it is unfair... As late as last summer when we were in a drought and I had no grass to mow. The ground was barren, but because the service provider arrived and mowed dirt, I still paid. Yes, I eventually asked to please not come out at present because everything was dead. There was nothing to mow. I am being forced at the eve of the mowing season, in the mist of a world pandemic to frantically search for a replacement. Thank You

I have worked with JustAeration and Patrick Henry for 5 years now. They have done exceptional work every time. They show up on the day they promise and complete the work quickly and efficiently. I intend to continue to use them for my lawn treatments in the future. Not only do the work as promised but they advise me on any additional work needed to keep my lawn in good condition.

We signed up to get our lawn aerated. Communication was prompt and scheduling was easy. Patrick and his crew came by when they said and they aerated our lawn using several different aerating machines. After they were done, Patrick pointed out some spots on our lawn we were having trouble with and he gave me some strategies to try on my own. I really appreciated the advice and that he took the time to provide it.

It went great. Patrick helped me assess the water issue we were having at the house, and did some diagnostic testing before we came up with a plan of action. They are honest and care. Great job.

Patrick and his team did a great job. He had two guys do the work over the course of 3 days. The work was done with care. Patrick kept me informed throughout the whole process. I got 3 quotes and these guys were the cheapest. Usually cheaper is not better, but with this company the quality and service was high. I will be using them again when the fall comes around. I was pleased with the results which have markedly improved the collection of runoff and drainage removal of water from my back yard during heavy rainfalls. The owner, Patrick Henry, is a pleasure to work with and guarantees his work. One of two major drain installs worked perfectly the first heavy rain storm while the second improvement required a no-cost return visit to adjust. On that visit Mr. Henry replaced an old drain not properly situated at no additional cost in order to properly collect storm runoff. I recommend Just Aeration for outdoor drainage problems.

It went very well. The team performed the work as promised and agreed upon. Patrick was very responsive. This business truly cares about the condition of your yard and the products they use are eco friendly. I requested all much for my backyard and they did that for me.

Patrick came out and discussed the project. A couple of days later he provided the suggested work date. All went according to plan. Team was on time, professional and courteous. When I indicated that there were some areas that I expected to be sodded but weren't, Patrick stated that would be done at cost of sod, no additional labor cost. I'm a very satisfied customer.
