Wonderful (started last summer). Patrick schedules appointments in advance, advises me on issues and take care of those that are within the scope of the contract. Just Aeration has been a pleasure to work with and my weed problems seem to be history (this will be more obvious as summer approaches).

Awesome! Very professional and always on time! If weather was an issue they came as soon as westher was better. Never did we have an issue! Best company we have had!

No show on the scheduled time. It was due to weather, however they did not notify me and I had to reach out to them to reschedule. Work was completed quickly, probably too quickly. According to my security cameras and a neighbor, they rushed through. Its hard to determine the effectiveness of the overseeding within the yard, however there are multiple locations where significant amounts of seeds ended up in my mulch beds and now I am trying to eliminate the grass there.

Great as far as I am concerned. This past spring/summer, lawn already started looking much improved with far fewer weeds. I am notified ahead of time when they are coming to provide a scheduled service and have no problem if I need to adjust the timing of a service.

On time, thorough, quick, professional. Got to speak to Pattick, the owner, st my house and gave me good advice.

The mowing and trimming was done professionally and there were no issues due to periods of bad weather. The job got done as soon as weather permitted. Hired again for next year. Their rate is the best I have found.

For most part they were great...at times when it rained, there would be a delay in service. Lawn looks fantastic every time they do service

They aerated and seeded. After 2 weeks, noticed there wasn't enough grass. I called and asked them to re-seed and they did... Very nice crew!

Well. We were not at home when work was done, but new grass growth is now looking quite good. Price was right.

Just Aeration LLC sent out a 2 man crew and they did the de-thatching first. This helped to get rid of a lot of weeds and thin out any dead grass. Then they did the core aeration to help the soil breathe and loosen up from years of walking on & mowing the lawn. They added some grass seed and starter fertilizer and recommended that we water the lawn once a day for a couple of weeks to let the new grass get started. Hopefully our lawn will look better in the spring now that we have had the work done

I’ve been a customer for years. New house now, so a consideration. I’m reviewing this season. Patrick’s crew has been a bit of a dissapointment this year. I get the feeling his crew is overwhelmed. Most recently, I was rescheduled 3 times, which was offputting and frankly, gave me the imression I was being taken for granted. When I reached out to Patrick, he replied, “Not for lack of trying.” My home always seems to be the last one on his list, which after so many years of loyalty, just feels wrong. My $.02

I had an exceptional experience with Just Aeration LLC. Patrick was very responsive in getting me set up with an appointment the day I called and his crew was at my house about a week later. The team came while we were at work and did a fantastic job - Very high quality work and the price was more than fair. Our lawn is really filling out two weeks later after struggling to get grass to grow on a fresh lot for several months. I will definitely hire Patrick's team again for this type of job. Also, there was no in-person consultation or service contract required like many of other lawn service businesses in the area.

The process, by nature, has been long and there have been a few hiccups, but that has revealed that the company stands by their commitment to their customer. The seeding didn't take so they laid sod without charging us. They stood by their contract and remained focused on doing the job right and insuring a quality outcome. I appreciate their honesty and work ethic. We left a major lawn company because we felt like a number and were treated with a "one size fits all" approach. Just Aeration will tailor a program to your lawn's unique needs (without the price tag) and won't sell you on things you don't need or treatments that could actually set you back in your lawn care goals.

They did a great job, were on time, and followed with in regards to my question regarding an application of lime.

Good job. They had to come the day after appointment to do the job. Possibly delayed by weather.
