Description of Work: This was a good price for a lawn aeration and overseed service. I had been pricing this service with several companies. The crew worked hard and did an excellent job. I wanted specific seed that I purchased mixed in with their seed and I got nice results. Had a little trouble rescheduling after we had a postponement due to weather but it wasn't a big deal.

Description of Work: I bought the deal for my lot that is .33 acres. I was going to have .25 acre dethatched. He informed me that the deal would only work for a .25 lot that had a house on it. He expressed that he would not be able to do just flat land for the deal, even though that was never stated in the details of the deal.

Description of Work: Aeration and over seeding. My only issue was that we don't think the put enough seed down. There are definitely patchy areas and bare spots. They came while we weren't home so we never interacted with them directly.

Description of Work: The lawn was aerated and overseeded. At least 4 people were involved for this project. I believe there were three heavy duty aeration machines being utilized at one time and one person overseeded after the lawn was aerated. Very efficient use of time and equipment. Nice job! Great price!
