Everyone was punctual and accomplished the work as we asked and did it on time. Special shout out to Casey, who introduced himself when I came out to check on the progress. He was very friendly and is a hard worker. At the end, asked if there was anything he could do for us, which I appreciated after a long work day. Definitely would hire them again.

Provided a very reasonable quote and service has been good. High amounts of rain last year has made it difficult to tell how effective the lawn treatment has been.

I submitted a previous review with a grade of "D" due to pre-paid services that were not performed as outlined in the annual agreement. I gave Just Aeration five weeks to address their shortfalls. They promptly performed the services and my lawn is once again looking good. I'll give them credit for following through and making it right. I plan to renew my agreement.

Hired Just Aeration after they were recommended by my next door neighbor. Patrick and his team showed up and finished the work in one day. Now I can't wait for the rains to come - my yard is nice and safe from puddles. I was so pleased I hired Patrick for some additional work in the yard without any more quotes/etc.

This was one of the most efficient experiences I’ve had with lawn care in this area. I sent a few pictures and got a very fair and reasonable quote. The team came out 2 days later. There were no unexpected surprises and they were great with communication, making sure I got exactly what I paid for, and answering questions to help me maintain my lawn.

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with Patrick Henry’s responsiveness. Although I purchased a deal through Angie’s List on a mulch job alone, I contacted Patrick and asked if he could come out and give me a quote on some cleanup for my yard as well. He answered immediately and came out promptly. The mulching was performed by Michael, who came out and worked the entire day alone, was pleasant, professional, and thorough. I was so pleased with the work I asked Patrick to provide me a quote on year-round service. Excellent job!

Really love this company. I have used them for 3 years and will never go back to mowing my own lawn. They are a great value and I have never been disappointed in their work!!! They mow, blow and edge for a very low price. Very professional crew members. I also use them for my yearly aerating, fertilizing and re-seeding.

Just Aeration aerated and seeded my lawn and laid sod. Patrick, the owner, stated that he would come back in the spring and reseed any bare areas. I contacted him on March 24, 2018 regarding bare spots. He responded he would schedule the reseeding. On May 2, 2018, I sent a follow up email and never received a reply. I would not hire him again as he did not do a very good job seeding in the fall and he did not reseed in the spring as promised.

Just Aeration has been a godsend. We are between two houses and with all this rain the grass is out of control. We hired Jjst Aeration on a recommendation and I'm so glad I did. They have been so friendly, so responsive, so reliable and incredibly affordable. We plan to use them on an ongoing basis. It's a great investment and relieves stress from our schedules.

He treats each lawn uniquely based on what he says versus the big companies like TruGr...that apply one-size-fits-all approach. Can't say enough of how happy we are with Just Aeration.

It was great and the person was prompt and courteous.

I purchased two coupons on Angie's List in the fall of 2016. One was for Dethatching and the other was for Aeration and Overseeding. I called to schedule the dethatching, as well as the aeration and overseeding, for the same day (not THE same day I called, but for a date in the future). On the scheduled service day, the two gentlemen from the company arrived extremely late and the sun had already begun to fade. They also had NO IDEA that all three services were to be performed on that day. They only thought they were coming to do the aeration and overseeding. I verified this shortly after they arrived and one of the gentlemen placed a call and afterwards stated that all three services would be completed that day. I was very concerned that they would run out of daylight and have to return on another day. They were able to dethatch, aerate and overseed the lawn before it got too dark to see; however, not without rushing. Despite their rushing through the jobs, the two gentlemen were polite and professional and did a decent job with the small amount of time they had. I received OK results in the spring from the overseeding. Also, communication with Patrick Henry was hit or miss. I understand that stuff happens and want to give a fair review. But I would not feel comfortable using this company again.
