The service and crew were outstanding. Patrick worked with me to schedule a time after all the late March freezes. The crew did an excellent job aerating and put down plenty of seed.

Provider was prompt, courteous, efficient, and friendly. The crew came in right on time, started work right away, worked expeditiously, packed up and rolled out. Couldn't ask for better.

Three man crew was very polite and professional. They listened to my desires and did a great job. Patrick Henry called to ensure I knew when the crew would arrive and called after they were done to check on the job.

I wad given instructon to water the lawn everydsy for 7 days after that once a week for 1 hour. My lawn is growing

Happy with the company and the service provided. They re-scheduled the appointment due to an abundance of rain leading up to and on the original day, but you dont need to be home for them to complete the work. They aerated my entire lawn and put down seed. The provider explained to me the action I needed to take after he finished and an email was also sent with instructions for watering the lawn. They didnt try to up-sell anything nor did they gripe about the size of my yard (i think it might have been a teeny bit larger than the coupon size). About a week later I had tiny grass buds starting to pop.

They arrived on time and did great work. I was so happy with the service that I signed on for a years worth of their lawn services.

I purchased a deal with them and they were fantastic.

It took them about a week after I purchased the big deal to come out. I had paid $149 for the big deal, and there was an additional charge because I added something that they offered. I added $30 which I thought was fair. They were very prompt in contacting me, and just came in and got the job done. I was happy with the job.

It was very good and I would go back to them again without a problem. The 2 guys that came were great. They were in-tune to the weather report and came before the rain came in. They got the job done in about 90 minutes. The lead guy was very courteous and they even blew leaves out of the way and knew what to do to make the treatment effective. They were very knowledgeable.

Just Aeration did a great job. They called ahead to make sure I knew when they'd be arriving to do the work. The work was complete, neatly performed, and all work areas cleaned up before they left. They also asked about areas of the lawn that were more shaded and added a different grass mix to help the coverage in those areas.

We bought our home at the beginning of the summer, so the sod was laid just in time for the hot and dry summer. Adding to this the clay soil, caused our grass to struggle all summer. Our lawn was in desperate need of help. We found Just Aeration via Angie's List. from the start Patrick proved to be very professional and answered our emails even late in the evenings. At the day of service, PAtrick and his team were prompt and courteous, and delivers all services as promised. At the end, Patrick gave us a few recommendations to follow up on, and after a few weeks we literally got what seemed like a new lawn. Our lawn went from one of the worst on the street to one of the best. Highly recommend Patrick and his team.

I called to check to see what time my service but for some reason I fell off his log but he stated the service would get completed. They also shared helpful information to repair my yard.

I can't tell yet the success or otherwise of the seeding. It will take time. However I was very upset to discover that a bench had been moved in order to do the work - obviously necessary - but it was put in a flower bed without care and two plants were destroyed in the process. This was competely unnecessary as there were plenty of other places the bench could have been placed without touching any plantings. Also I had to call to be told that the team was being delayed. They didn't call me when they knew of the delay until after I had already asked what was happening.

When he came out to look at the property, he did tell me that there was going to be an up charge because of the size of the property. He was prompt on his emails. We put a pool in and so, he was able to do it for the cost of the big deal. I was able to upload pictures of the property so, that he did not have to come all the way out here. It was too wet for the technician to do it so, he emailed me and said that they would have damaged the lawn and would be out another time. I really appreciated that because, they did not go ahead and do it.

Professional and friendly staff

Great job! They came in and had the job done in less than 1/2 hour. Aerated the entire lawn and reseeded. Used a specific seed type for the shady areas at the back of my lot. Good communications along the way and great follow up, both verbally while they were on-site and via email after the fact with instructions on caring for the new grass

Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. They verbally instructed me on 'next steps' for lawn care and followed up with an email. I would use them again as they truly cared about the quality of their work. They took the time to ensure Fescue was used in mixed sunny areas and the very shady areas received another more appropriate seed.

Rain delay the first date. Great communications to let me know what was happening. They showed up and did a great job! They explained what I should do and I'm very comfortable with the whole experience. Don't hesitate to call these folks.

I purchased the Big Deal for aeration services--discovered that this service had already been performed on my yard and did not need the Big Deal. When Just Aeration contacted me to schedule the service I told them it was not necessary--they told me to contact Angie's List for a refund.

N/a. I requested a quote for aeration. Although response was quick, future purchasers should know that their services is offered on THEIR schedule only. The response I received was that they are done in my area and will not be coming back. Aeration is typically done in the fall, apparently they wull service only in the early part of fall. This company is either small or customer service is secondary.

The company arrived on time and was very professional in appearance and knowledge. My backyard is full of mature trees and a lot of shade. They surveyed the area that I was concerned about and honestly told me that the area was not going to be helped by aeration and overseeding and as a result gave me free fertilizer in the rest of the yard. Very honest. I definitely recommend this company...
