It went great. Patrick was very responsive after I ordered one of the Big Deals; his crew showed up a week and a few days later and spread across the areas he and I discussed without issue. Would definitely consider them again in the future.

They were punctual and responsive. They did the job and at a great price. We asked them to be careful when weeding as we had some fairly newly planted ground cover... there were a few plants pulled by mistake but overall they were careful. To their defense, we had a lot of weeds mixed in with plants. We would use them again.

I used Angie's list to look for a lawn maintenance company to help my lawn look better. I choose Just Aeration based on previous reviews. Patrick A. Henry, the owner, came out and walked the property with me. I have a challenging lawn as there is sunny, partial sun and full shade areas. The full shade areas had moss growing in the grass and the sunny areas were thinning out. Patrick made some suggestion (told me how to easily remove the moss as to save money rather than have his company perform the work) as well as suggesting that we till the area that is all shade as the ground is too hard to grow grass. His team showed up on time and spent 4 -5 hours tilling, overseeding, aerating and putting straw down. His employee (Mike) even put multiple types of seed down in areas that may get some sun as to ensure the correct seed will grow. The price was very reasonable but the professionalism of Patrick and his team really stood out. I can't tell you the results yet since they were just here yesterday but overall I was very impressed. I would definitely use Just Aeration again.

Patrick brought our lawn back from the dead! We had more weeds than grass and numerous bare spots and were the shame of the neighborhood. Thanks to Patrick we now have a healthy full lawn less than a year later. The weeds tried to make a comeback this summer, but a quick email to Patrick and he came within a day to treat again. Excellent work, very professional, reliable and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

I purchased a seasonal mowing package from this company through Angie's List. I was informed that they mowed in my area on Saturdays. Then the date was changed to Mondays. As of June 22, I have had 2 instances where the mowers have not shown up on Monday and I've had to call to see what happened. The first time Mr. Henry called back and explained there were problems with the mowing equipment and they would be out on Tuesday. The second time Mr. Henry explained they had gotten behind with the recent rain and would be out on Tuesday. He also said if they ever missed a mowing we would be done first thing the next day. As of 12:15pm on Tuesday, the yard has not been mowed. While Mr. Henry is fairly prompt in calling back, the staff at the office has seemed a little confused. I was put on hold 3 times when I called Monday night and had to repeat my question to 3 different people. Mowing on a schedule is not necessarily critical but I wonder how reliable this company would be in keeping appointments for other services. I also think it would be helpful if customers could be notified if the mowing service is going to be delayed.

They gave us a day and came out on that day and finished. I was at work at time of service, but when I came home everything had been completed and I think they did a pretty good job.

Does an excellent job. The first time they accidentally mowed over a plant that I planted the previous year. I emailed the owner and they immediately sent me a check for the cost of replacing the plant. Accidents and mistakes happen, and how they deal with it speaks volumes.

Michael and his helper were professional and did a thorough job. Michael explained what he was going to do before he started as well as explain every problem area he found and corrected when he was done. Will definely use Just Aeration again as well as refer them to other home owners.

We were a bit nervous because it was supposed to rain that day and we didn't get a call. We tried to call them- but it was difficult to get a hold of them (found out later it was because they were out working hard trying to beat the rain). They ended up calling us several times to give us an update on when they expected to arrive. Didd the a great job in no time flat and now our lawn looks great.

Michael and Jeff were wonderful. This was an excellent "big deal." For the price of mulch alone, they delivered and spread a huge amount of mulch throughout the trees and flower beds of my front yard. They were very thorough and professional, and spread the mulch carefully, even in the hard-to-reach places. I would definitely use this company again and plan to contact them for other types of yardwork.

They did very thorough work every square inch of my lawn was completely aerated, seeded and fertilized and they cleaned up any of the plugs from the driveway and sidewalk.

Just aeration was very responsive to questions, i often received responses to emails within an hour. They called before they showed up, showed up when they said they would, and even followed up afterwards to provide next steps that I needed to do to. I'm very happy with just Aeration services and will likely use them again in the future.

First of all, they arrived on what I thought was a day early. I told the technician, Michael, and he apologized. I went and checked my calendar and it turned out that I was the one that was wrong - he apologized for something that was my fault. That right there is some excellent customer service, which is very hard to find these days. Naturally I apologized to Michael for my error and he was very humble in in response. Then his team aerated and over-seeded my front and back lawn as expected. I liked that they did multiple passes over the yards and not just a single, rushed one. I also liked that they asked if I had any sun-deprived areas, which I do. They used a different type of seed for that part. They even offered me advice on how to get the grass to grow. I ended up paying an extra $30 for starter fertilizer, but that was something I asked for ahead of time as it is well worth it. They then advised me of the best time to water, use weed prevention, and mow. Will definitely be using their service again.

Michael and Jeff were the technicians who aerated, over seeded and fertilized my lawn. Michael noticed a bare patch under the magnolia tree, stated he was going to use grass seeds intended for shady areas. Michael recommended fertilizing the lawn and provided provided instructions for caring for my lawn, watering early in the morning or late in the evening. Michael, Jeff were professional, courteous, efficient. I will use this company in the future.

The service was very convenient and exactly as advertised. While I was at the office, they came out and did a complete and thorough job aerating my lawn (plug/core aerator, not the disk aerator that just cuts lines) and overseeded everything. Overall it looked like a great job for a fair price.

Patrick was fantastic throughout the process, from the initial assessment of the lawn through the estimating process and the actual implementation. His crew went above and beyond what I expected for the labor charge to make sure that all of the rocks in my back yard were out of the way and that the soil was spread evenly. The back yard went from a barren wasteland to a lush green yard in just a month. Patrick came out again this year to do a follow-on assessment, and instead of selling me a bunch of services that he could easily have sold, he let me know the yard looks good as is and all we need to do is keep up with fertilizing it periodically. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his service to anyone whose lawn needs salvation or even just regular maintenance.

They have been good about scheduling services through email appointments and showing up. I received good advice about my lawn, followed it, and it seems to be working. I had only met Patrick Henry via email and he was very responsive and helpful, but finally met him at the last service and found him to be knowledgeable and professional. In this treatment he put down fertilizer, and I was pleased to see him blow away the excess from the sidewalks and the driveway. I would recommend him.
